Mai to SQL,PLSQL, Tableau, basic java sikh chuka hu lekin as a fresher koi bhi job dene ko taiyar nahi...jyadatar companies technical background walo ko hi prefer karte hai.

Literally this is the video I was looking for. On internet we can see thousands of video where someone got 1cr package in IT but he/she was already into this field. But no body talked about how a commerce graduate can get a job in IT. Thanks for the video buddy.

sir m having around 8 yrs of exp in accounts & finance & i want to take ahead my career in FP&A but MIS (excel reporting, presentation, playing & extracting data) that attracts me most so can u please guide me if i pursue data analyst so does it mean i will get less job offer in finance field or will it increase the chances....i am confused between my int (playing with data) & experience. Sir it’s good u are saying that but as a commerce background student when i approached to reputed institutions to learn data science and business analysts course most of them rejected me told its technical course u will understand SQL and some other programming languages and u won’t get any job in reality in difficult specially in a country like India 😔😥
