Your thoughts at the start of the video are right on the money for most new to a project. And perhaps gives a bit more patience with those if us with basic questions on tree work.

You need a carburetor stud kit. But that will work. Be careful tightening because you don’t want to snap of the ears on the carburetor base. Holes in the intake runners are for vacuum. Holes in the water jacket can be used for a temperature gauge. Or all can be plugged off.

Check your old Intake for pipe plugs. One of those wires may be a coolant temp sensor

Any part made available, particularly for older applications, must cover as many vehicles as possible, for the scale of manufacturing. Any unneeded openings, are there for the other vehicles needing them, that this part number can also apply to. So-o-o, to simplify stocking, maximize availability, and minimize the part's cost, it's up to the installer to come up with whatever is appropriate to seal off them openings.

The plate prevents warpage caused by heat. with out the paper gaskets you will get Galvanic corrosion to occur. You no that Wight fussy stuff that forms on aluminum where a mettle bolt goes threw like in a alternator.

He and a friend of his were fooling around, He were standing with his back to the friend not thinking blew up his anus and all inside were pumped up like a balone. and they were 13 and 12 year´s old.
