Switchplate Controller, Joystick sensitivity issue & quick review

Anybody still struggling, hold down the middle back button until the green light in the center of the controller begins blinking, and then, hold up on the joystick that's not working until the light flashes rapidly before turning off, this will cycle your joystick through 1 of 4 sensitivity settings, then test it out with joystick calibration.

I had this happen and returned the contller to swap out for a new one. What's happening for me at least is I'm setting the controler on my lap and the program button on the back is getting pressed then I'm moving the stick for example between smash matches and it's Changing the stick sensitivity, so it's not anything wrong with the controler you just have to make sure your not accidentally pressing the program button accidentally, thank for showing how to fix the issue

Somehow my switch plate controller sensitivity light isn’t blinking this time. How do I fix that because it was working at first but then I noticed that lights weren’t blinking when I was fixing it. Is this Normal and can I fix it?
