He didn't create this. He's trying to do the seitei kata, but rather poorly.

The title is litterally (but wrongly spelled) yohonme. And it "looks like" he'd trying to do the fourth ZNKR kata tsukate (tsuka ate). (Yohonme meaning "fourth") I dont care if people are not good and want to train. I have problem with people pretending to teach what they do not know even the basics of. Our students do this better after half a practice.
