In smash bros there is a mechanic called tumble. Some moves send you in tumble and it means that you cannot fast fall I believe. Doing any action takes you out of tumble and Esam like the smart man he is uses the move on his kit that has the least lag (up air) to get out of tumble state. This means that he can be ambiguous with his landings, not letting LeoN know if he is going to fast fall or not

It depends on the tourney, but 99.9% of the time you're allowed to customize them to your liking. Hope this helps!

I mean, it is, pikachu combos are like cutsceens but bowser is also huge so pika gets a lot more freedom to do what it wants in this matchup. But pika can also die to a random f-air so that means this matchup certainly isnt unwinnable. Unfair but not unwinnable.
