Well, the inquisitpr starts as a slave. What did you expect? That's the whole point on the iquisitor story. Going from slave to darth by increasing your power and influence.
@@ilsgrade8357 It happens regardless, Sith Purebloods were not intended to be available to the Inquisitor class, but they were shoe-horned in before release. That's why you get odd lines, like your character saying they have no sith genetics or the like.
@@priver1835 They weren't shoehorned, you can't initially play with pureblood as Inq, you can only upon completing Act III with a Pureblood as a bonus (or with CC)
@@johny192able No, you can play as them from the get-go. The reason they were shoe-horned in is that originally you could only be a Pureblood Sith Warrior, but players whinged about not being able to be one as an Inquisitor so they put it in at the last minute.
That second one isn't actually a reference. I got the exact same one with a Zabrak Sith and a Human Sith. It's basically the same as if u did literally any other Sith, as with that Purity one. Got the same on a freaking Chiss Sith.
I wish they had added more unique dialogue for those playing the Sith species such as if you decide to play a Jedi who is of the Sith species. Essentially it would have been great if they had taken your choice of species into account and made it matter like if you play a Twi'lek Jedi and the villagers make note of it. Considering the different dialogue you get in KOTFE depending on which class you play and who the returning companion is.
Yeah, I was pretty sad that no one is surprised by mine pureblood Sith jedi. It should be easy to make imperials confused. So many possibilities for great content.
I play a Sith Pureblood Jedi Knight too as my main. I like to jokingly think the Jedi Council just calls ahead to warn everyone about the super out of place Sith Pureblood Jedi wandering around.
@@MajesticWolfsx That would be a funny cutscene if you're choice of species was taken into account. If EA wanted to inject more RPG elements into the game, redoing dialogue to take that into account would be a good start.
@@MajesticWolfsx Grandmaster Shan: we’ve sent one of our strongest knights to protect your planet and people, just be warned, his heritage is… unique for a Jedi. Random Senator: Please, how bad could it be. *Pureblood Jedi walks in Random Senator: …I stand corrected.
I consider this kinda ironic considering the fact the very first sith were actually mostly made up of humans and other humanoid species i understand the original sith mingled with the sith species but if it hadn't been for the original sith they would likely never have become even close to the sith empire
The person who founded the sith was one of the founders of the Jedi order and the Jedi were all human at the time. He went to korriban and created the sith.
@Xbox One humans were one of the first race to discover spaceflight in star wars after the Rakatan infinite empire, while there might have been force sensitive aliens, the Jedi started before humans discovered other races, and they became spread out, into different groups that evolved into near humans like Miralians. So for a long time humans didn't have contact with other aliens.
I feel the same way. There werent nearly enough Sith specific lines in general in my opinion and I think it would have been INSANELY COOL if they'd included at least one line acknowledging a Sith Jedi
Ironically the sith 'purebloods' are all of mixed diluted blood. The 'pureblood' race is LITERALLY just a mix of human and original sith species blood as the dark jedi intermingled with the sith race. Anyone with the red markings is in fact of less pure blood than any normal human.
That’s why they are revered though, because they have the last traces of the original sith species in their dna. In other words they can trace their ancestry back to the original founding of the empire.
WojtaStudios That's because the inquisitor, even if you choose a sith species like I did, is still considered a slave at this time, a slave who just became an acolyte and is now trying to become a sith lord. The reason I invented for why MY inquisitor, Sanares Fenix, is a slave, even though she is a Sith Pureblood, is because it was believed her bloodline, Lord Kalligs, was tainted, since Kallig was bested by Tulak Hord and his family fell into ruin and disgrace. Because OF THIS, she wasn't considered a worthy Sith Pureblood since her bloodline was, supposedly, low. Naturally, that didn't turn out to be true in the end, and instead of living her life as a slave proving to be a burden or detriment for her, it was actually a terrible mistake. Being a slave only made my Sith inquisitor much more intelligent, cunning, and vicious. Oddly, it seemed to make her MORE prideful(though not so much that she overestimated herself or her opponents) and sarcastic as well, seemingly putting on a show offy, aloofness, which hid a terrible dark, calculating assassin, whose drive for power would consume all in her way, living or dead. She used all the hardships, lessons, anger, and hate she built up during her time as a slave, so that she could use it to rise up and learn all the secrets of the dark side, killing anyone who crossed her path. She is also witty, using a multitude of dry sarcastic remarks and comments, witty quips, and scathing insults...And she is also incredibly sadistic. These character traits are most likely what drew her to my sith warrior, and is probably why they fell in love, though it is not a typical love, it is still an extremely strong bond, and ended up getting married in my character legacy.
You just took my words about Pureblood Inquisitor Clokwork Shadow! Also very nice RP details. I always like and appreciate imagnation behind story-playing. =)
MissEpica Thank you, I appreciate the compliment. I found this game very enticing when I first started playing, still do, and I wanted each of my characters to have a unique backstory and explanations for why they decide to act the way they do. It was a lot of fun to think up the reasons and motives that drove each of my character, and what made them, though techincally it was me, the person they became in their respective stories. My favorite backstory was making my Sith warrior and my Jedi Knight brothers who each represented the embodiment of each side of the force, but also having a bit more individuality and intelligence to their actions as well. My Jedi, Master Shoryukin (really wish he could ACTUALLY do a shoryuken) main drive is to be a force of good and purity in the universe and, hopefully, one day turn his brother, the former Emperor's Wrath, Lord Shakures, to the light side. P.S.:All my characters have a name that start with an S. Took a lot of time to think up good names for all of them.
@@MissEpica I just made her a hate filled slave who at first plotted to destroy the empire one step at a time (promoting/sparing the incompetent, arresting the empire's enemies-who could become future threats, making deals for my own benefits, a sith killed there, an imp here, sabotaging certain ops), while at the same time give the empire minor victories to fake loyalty (a hoth there, a quesh there, "winning" major planets that would end up reclaimed by the republic-she had visions of that). But after meeting Malgus and helping him around, she was convinced by him to join him in his revolution
Everything leads back to the rakkatan empire what cause the sith purebloods to be more connected to the dark side rakkatans. Which is most likely in part is what led to the fragmenting of the jedii order of old.
I find it kind of funny how that Overseer keeps referring to the Sith as "Pureblooded" none of them are pure. They're all hybrids. True Sith had far more tendrils, three fingers on each hand, and more hulking. The mindless Massassi are more pureblooded than the so-called "Pureblood Sith"
The second one, u don't need to be a sith pure blood to access that dialogue. I think the sith warrior class story already make the protagonist an heir of a powerful sith family, while sith inquisitor was a mere slave.
I played as a pureblood Sith, I made her a Jedi Consul. He wore a red lightsaber, red Sith robes. None of the Republic soldiers or Jedi paid attention to this. This is so offensive.
It piss me off you don't get to play sith race from the start yet the sith warrior's story expect you to use one, that or at least a human, wich is ridiculous, humans are soo boring to customize and they all look alike. I picked a female Zabrak named Jeoval (Once i get the title Darth it will be pretty neat) but i've found that there are many inconsistencies while playing an alien, first you have overseer tremel who is "an elitist snob" since he doesn't tolerate aliens or hybrids, calling them rotten mixed blood, yet he is not that powerful himself and he still ends up seeing you as family, according to Baras's words, wich is not out of the blue since you also get the impression that he has you in a higher esteem than his own daughter. I though somehow he was talking about force sensitives mixed with non force users, thus creating a weakened bloodline, so i let him live out of belief in purity of blood not minding my character was alien and since Baras was dumb enough to ask for his hand instead of his head (the only explanation is that he has Yoshikage Kira's fetish for hands). Also you have all the empire shetting on aliens but they all ignore you are one of them, it just doesn't make sense and it is starting to bother me. There was ever any important sith lord who was alien in the first empire? All i find is purebloods or human hybrids. Could it be that my zabrak character's ancestors were once sith purebloods mixed with Iridonian force sensitive Zabraks?, thus making my character carry the royal blood of the ancient sith, granting her an even more auspicious possition than the sith commoners who don't even have true sith blood. I believe Zabraks are underestimated and underrated, don't forget Darth Maul was the original "demonlike" sith to ever exists and it was way before the sith race was a thing (before maul there was already this devil looking race of aliens from og trilogy but non of them were sith and they looked clumsy as hell, not pound intended) sith are supposed to be the embodiment of the dark side and what is more dark looking than a demon? Besides in the swtor intro, the first sith pureblood we ever get to see is lord vindican, the master of darth malgus, who is defeated by a Zabrak, so Zabrak supremacy should be a thing as well, even the lore states that they are a race of prideful independent humanoids who gets shet done by themselves. My idea is that Jeoval was once a zabrak named Angora or whatever, a general of the iridonian army wich once encountered the first sith empire (or it could be when the empire was casted out to the unknown regions, after all there was several planets inhabited by zabraks, whatever is more fitting) here i would presume one powerful sith pureblood saw through the potential of this creatures, either as warriors (double hearted means more blood pumping and that also means natural prowess in combat and physical performance, fitting for a warrior wouldn't you agree?) or as a civilization (Zabraks are among the first ones who discovered and developed space travel, leading them to possess eight colonies in five systems, according to wookiepedia xd, wich means that they are a smart and capable race who are quick to grow and evolve, unlike humans). So once upon a time the sith pureblood named hum..Pablo? Banged Jeoval's grand grand grand... GRAND mother, and since then a thousand years passed (with malgus voice) until an overseer who was powerful and wealthy as all sith saw the opportunity in a young Zabrak general (general to justify her mastery over war and to give credit for her skills while being soo young, like Anakin) who carried the blood of ancient sith to train a worthy apprentice for him to strike his master down, and since most sith purebloods were rare and not prompt to meddle with lesser siths, his only chance was to swallow his ego and realize purity of blood had nothing to do with looks but the essence, wich she proven to be a most capable sith than many, becoming legendary and bringing a whole new perspective to what purity of blood is, where those sith who don't carry the old blood would be forever bound to serve the true sith even if the one in question is alien, making the entire situation all the more sweet. Thanks now i shall continue playing my sith without shame :D.
Jesus christ I'm not reading that Uh you didn't pay for the game that's why you can't use pure blood Then everything after that either I'm sorry or congratulations
