I absolutely don’t want them to ever tag on a romantic ending the way Ugly Betty tried to. Either the writers commit to a slow burn romance or they keep it platonic.

I guess I just feel like I don't want them to force a romance if it wasn't already in the cards, but it would be sad to me if there wasn't even an implication at the end that they COULD be something. In the Bear it feels a little bit higher stakes than Ugly Betty so I can see them doing it even more. Kinda similar storylines tho, where it's the relationship that you wouldn't expect but they have this career together so it makes a romance a little bit risky and they have this great bond .... it's just giving the same lol idk. like Daniel and Betty archetype for sure
I’m like half and half with the ending. For me if the alternative was like maybe a whole big confession and them like wanting to be together idk if that will change Betty from leaving. I think it’s not like Betty to not follow her dreams and Daniel letting her do that was just another example of his actual love for her (i could be wrong tho) I think i would have loved to see more of Betty’s love for him and more clarity on the idea that they would end up together. In my mind they absolutely did but i have no idea if it’s canon or not. Part of me likes tor rad between the lines and the other part of me just wants a full on confesssssion ahhhh and then being togetherrr. im not so regretful about it bc in my heart they are together but i wish we could have seen something. or like a bonus scene. idk😭 i have a feeling they will do something similar with this show since the actors keep saying it’s just platonic. If the Bear goes on for a while then i think they will actually put them together we shall see 😭😭
That quitting scene was me, several times. I once walked out and told the chef, "you can't be my boss." Also, someone can be a great cook and a terrible chef. That distinction is important.
I like both as friends and I don't mind them being romantically involved either. I just really don't want Carmine to be with Clair or create a random character for him. Most shows don't need a force romance nor do characterss need a romantic partner to be happy.

This seems like a slow burn relationship. It's so obvious that the actors have chemistry. If this wasn't the intention of the writers...... I would appreciate if they tell the actors to chill or writer them apart. I don't have the time to sit and watch a good show just to let writers play with my emotions. I ain't crazy or blind. They have a thing wayyyyyy beyond friendship. Whoever have a problem with them being more than friends...... speak to the wall 🤚🏾

I just started watching the bear i feel so bad i slept on it for so long, richie just went to jail for knocking dude out but for some reason i’ve felt like he knows what happened to michael he didn’t leave a note right? idk why all his rah rah feels like he feels guilty for something and covering things up i hope not maybe ive watched too much power lol but i can’t wait to get off work and catch up the cast dynamic is so cool just like shameless 😂❤
when I watched it I was trying to find the romance people were hinting at but didn't feel it. it gave kindred spirits, soulmates platonic which is deep in and of itself but not romantic love. Perhaps as a slow burn I could see it but it would have to be slow over the course of like 6 seasons and done really well. The only reason I could see it that way, and I think a lot of people can see it happening over time is because there is an intimacy that is a little deeper than you'd feel with just a co worker. They barely know anything about each other personal lives as evidenced when we realize carmy didn't know Sydneys mom was dead. But yet there's this deep knowing they have with each other that's spoken through eyes and body language. kindred spirits soul mates for sure. romance? we'll see.
I have watched this vid a couple of times now and only now I'm noticing that Claire kinda dislikes Cousin, she reacts weirdly when he goes to say hi. Now I don't like her. Cousin is my man! You don't like Cousin, I don't like you. Period.

When Claire shows up at the restaurant, people still aren't taking Richie seriously. People are a little exacerbated by his antics but know he means well. Claire's in the same boat, just a little weary of Richie and doesn't take him serious.

If that's the case the story line better be good enough to keep the audience. Writers did the same thing with"Sleepy Hollow" Ichabod and Abbie had intense chemistry and they refused to listen to the viewers...... They lost so many viewers and the writers were shi+ too. Only last 4 seasons and nobody remembers the show existed 😂😂😂😂😂 I wish them all the best, but amma wait few more years before I watch again.

Honestly, I don't really like marcus and her, her blatantly turning him down them . Yelling at her during one of the most stressful parts of the show kinda turned me off of them.
