@@korwnn I don't travel on the Bankstown line too often, so I'm not sure on how much work is occurring at this time. The current message from Sydney Metro is - "The final conversion of the T3 Bankstown Line is likely to require a shutdown of up to 12 months, commencing between July and October 2024". It also depends on what the NSW Government wants to do.

Hi Phil, thanks again for the excellent railway station tour. There is certainly a decent length escalator there. Interesting seeing the yellow colour on the station. The outside seats there are quite unique. Are the tap on/off gates the same colour on all stations or do they differ from station to station? Currently, Tallawong passengers have no direct Metro route to the city, but once it is extended past Chatswood, that will more likely change. Anyway, take care. Rob in Melbourne Australia.
I don’t like the layout of kellyville because it doesn’t have a spot in the middle of the stairs to get across to another train if you are on the wrong train or are going the wrong way
