I barely had enough time to film 1 song for some of these bands let alone time to chat and grab info from them. if you really want to know their info then please just send them a tweet or instagram comment. I'm sure they'll respond. I'm a one man show and I have to choose between filming as many bands as possible OR conversing with very few bands and getting cymbal and drum dimensions. Just don't have time for it tbh

Ben Carey from personal experience I am able to hear my kit and make sure everything is coming out tight. Really can't hear yourself with both in ears in.

I take mine out sometimes for a few reasons. Sometimes to hear the kit better, sometimes to hear crowd reactions. Usually left rather than right due to the fact that when you take out the right, you often won't be able to hear what you want to hear (kit or crowd) due to how loud the China, right crash, or ride) can be when you hit them. With the left one out, you can hear the whole kit pretty well, as well as whatever else is going on on the stage or in front of the stage. It all depends on the situation & the drummers feeling/preference.
