Both shows were made by Gendy Tartakovsky. This show was made for high school-age people. I consider high schoolers kids, but I'm sure most high schoolers don't think of them selves as kids.

If I remember correctly, one of the myriad moronic things that CN did during the show's cancellation was claim it had been an unparalleled financial disaster to recoup their "Losses". This had a side-effect of rendering the I.P. literally unusable, by CN at the very least. I'm unsure if Gendy could legally revive this even if everything else miraculously fell into place.
I like this show and watch it though every once in a while, but I think it just deserves a comic continuation at most. Samurai Jack had way more of a presence in the "culture" and guaranteed at least a few thousand views. Still, I'd be stoked if it popped back up for a season or two
@@Chinothebad Alot of shows unfortunately get axed at that time for that. Young Justice, Thundercats 2011, Motorcity. A show's survival should NOT depend on how well it's toys sells.
It’s a shame Genndy’s show was cancelled due to production costs with not having a merchandise line to help offset costs, and how Genndy is unable to have his creation come back for a second season on Adult Swim or even a third party streaming service.
@@InSpades0sorta right, they weren’t able to make toys to market the show, so it got canned and due to some type of legal dealings it’s very unlikely to come back anytime soon
@@InSpades0thats it, I forgot about those specifics myself but the tax write off and lack of merch killed the show. Its a shame it wasnt released a couple years later then it wouldn’t have had to been pressured by such foolish things
I miss this show so much, I hate that it never even got a shot for a second season, mfs just pulled the plug. I’m just glad RU-vid has again showed me clips of this show
For the 20 episodes they had of it, it's actually pretty good for what it tries to be. Got episodes that even make you think because it was made by genndy tartakosky and that's the guy who made samurai jack, unicorn warriors eternal, and lol, Powerpuff girls.
Please, God, don't. It would just be with overweight, ugly and disabled women, made for "modern audiences" in order to check boxes and get money out of Blackrock.
If this show was just released a few years later it wouldn’t have had to worry about the whole toy licensing deal and it would be able to continue for another few seasons and probably a couple apps and games based on it. It’s a shame that CN could only think about merchandising and money making
My biggest influence on Five (Hector Nieves) is he can mixes with many martial arts like Taekwondo, Karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and freestyle martial arts, it also has revived Aztec-style martial arts called “Xilam” which perfectly matches with Five to being an protector with the heart!! Sym-Bionic Titan and Glitch Techs are both deserving more!!
I knew it got cancelled due to not selling toys, but I didn’t know about the tax write-off. Honestly knowing that this show has absolutely no chance of coming back for one of the most dumbest reasons, like they did with the thundercats reboot, kinda makes me happy I don’t watch Cartoon Network anymore
It can be identified that Lance masters a wide variety of combat styles such as Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Karate, Judo and Jujutsu. I have no doubt that Lance is a fairly complete mixed martial artist and skilled in the art of battle. Having said that, it is clear that Genndy Tartakovsky did his job very well when inventing a military combat system for the galalunians 🤔...
This video made me binge the whole show in less than 2 days. as a kid i thought it was cool but i only played that flash game on cartoon network. this show is criminally underrated. without a doubt the most overlooked cartoon network title
It was a show aimed at boys but the main character was a girl and toy manufacturers didnt think boys would buy a girl toy. At least thats the way i heard it
I have 16.5 GB worth of all 20 episodes edited together (so I don't have to hear the intro and outro every time) in my phone gallery. 7 hours, 14 minutes, and 22 seconds of high quality Sym Bionic Titan This show is like my magnum opus of cartoons that I grew up with and I still wait and hope that one day Genndy will bring the show back and hopefully he doesn't rush it like he did with Samurai Jack season 5

ive honestly never seen nor heard from this show in my life, it looks like a mix between if you crossed saint seiya, samurai jack, randy cunningham and ben 10...idk really but its so unique somehow
Also the lady who took over CN around the time this showed aired thought alot of the shows were too violent and did everything she could to sabotage them like changing time slots every week to cut viewership giving her an excuse to pull the plug
