I love your content Mysterias im a big fan since the Yone video with Coach Curtis. Please keep making educational Yone content. Hes in such a funny spot right now a lot of people are saying hes better top with a split push build of Kraken - hull - IE. What type of playstyle though should a Yone mid play? Items and wave timings have been changing quite a bit so im kind of at a loss and stuck to the old ways of last season.

Thanks for including the last gameplay commentary, and especially for highlighting some of the mechanical errors. I think I had a false-narrative that high-elo players don't make mistakes, and it was really refreshing to see Mysterias be so open about it and analyze it.

Probably the most helpful guide I've ever watched. Loved the variety of how you prepared all the information, swapping between theory and vod analysis. Would love to see more of this kind of content although I'm sure it was a ton of work. It would be cool to see a guide on a more early game centered champ in the future in contrast.❤

I don't think I've ever watched anything more helpful for League. I bought Syndra ages ago when she first came out, but really struggled, and figured learning her was a lost cause with the rework. This showed me it was really just a new passive, and I learned so much that I'm looking forward to bringing her into some matches
Thanks for the video Curtis! Have started playing ranked recently and got from iron 1 to silver by one tricking Syndra with a 20 game win streak. Hopefully, this video can help me take my Syndra even higher.

Syndra was the first champion to carry me from Bronze to Gold long ago, I'm still a hard stuck gold but I loved this video because it opened my eyes on how I was playing with some of her abilities and little tricks I did not know.

I’m extremely new to the game, Syndra is actually the champion that made me finally enter it. And I found one trick for myself that I’m not sure is really useful, but is fun. I build up some ability haste and try stacking 4 BALLS before pressing R, to make a total of 7. I don’t really get it right most of the times, but I do have fun trying
Nice guide! Another good tip is to make sure to always grab cannon if team around to secure stack and good trick to know is that you can damage annie by w on tibers and throwing it far from annie.
hehe, another of my hate champs to play against exactly because of the mentioned points. The nice thing about these guides ist, that they are not only useful for playing the champs. By understanding what they are doing and what they WANT to is, it gives one options to play against them too.
I was at work thinking about what champ I want to learn, and I thought "maybe Syndra would work". I went on youtube and my first recommendation was this video. thanks very much for sharing this a minor quibble: for things like the rune page discussion would it be possible to use colors with a higher contrast to outline the choices? i have difficulty differentiating colors and it takes a bit of effort and squinting to see what youve highlighted. a nice sharp white circle would make this a lot easier since it emphasizes the tonal contrast rather than relying on me to tell reds/greens/blues apart obviously i can get through with a bit time and especially as you discuss the choices. but it'd be nice to be able to better read the page at a glance. thanks again
PLEASE do more of these. Ive been craving one since the yone video. Ive mained yone since mid and peaked D2 93 LP. I really want an Azir, Ryze, or Viktor one. If yall have anyone to recommend to watch for Azir, Ryze, and Viktor please let me know.
Body those fools was the best Azir player in NA soloq for a long time and he has a lot of Azir videos on his channel even tho he has mostly played on his smurf accounts for the last year so his last high elo gameplay videos might be a bit outdated (especially with the Azir changes from this season). You could also watch Faker or BDD soloq Azir games( imo those 2 are the best Azir players in the world) a few of them are uploaded on RU-vid by different channels. Nemesis also plays Azir from times to times. For some Ryze gameplay, your best bets are either Doinb soloq games uploaded on RU-vid or Strompest but he uploads kinda rarely now. For Viktor, Dun is the best Viktor player in NA and he has a RU-vid channel and PekinWoof, an educative challenger player, also plays him semi often.
Couple of weeks ago I said I went back to league after few years of absence and since I got back I'm playing better than ever and I was close to gold. Updated: I reached gold and I think I can do it more. Thanks alot. These guides are the best. I used to play Syndra before and didn't know what to improve, macro, micro or champion but now I know. She will get her lore eventually and will be even more fun then and I'm planning to get some mastery points until then. Now it's a problem who to drop. I watched guides and all champions I'm playing I'm really enjoying but I know I have to drop at least one for successful climbing: Zed, TF or Taliyah if I want to main Syndra. Zed no way because I really like RPGs and lore and I'm like role playing him (I also know he differs here the most based on playstyle as well). TF is too cool and unique as well so I will have to decide between Syndra and Taliyah unfortunatelly. At least all of them are strong solo q champs so I can't do a mistake at least
Quick comment now that we're in a new season, from my own experience and that of other Syndra players, you take Manaflow Band instead of Gathering Storm now, and rush Stormsurge (ignoring Ludens). Until Lost Chapter itemization is fixed, this will be the way forward for the forseaable future.

Does the video creator define 'pressure' during the video? I'm jumping around, only looking at the chapters I'm interested in, and he uses the word a lot. Does it just mean damage or threat of damage?
would it be possible to do the same for lissandra mid? I like playing syndra but I find I preform better on liss for some reason lots and lots of room for improvement obviously
Great guide! After the rune changes where aery seems to be the most used rune for mages does this guide still apply the same way taking more prio on first strike most of the times or would you update this?
what exactly do you not like about spirit blossom syndra? i really like how it looks and i dont play with base syndra, so i cant tell if its pay to lose also what do you think of coven?
For me aery or FS is more about if i can use E aggressively or not. Wont get much value from FS if u cant proactively combo the opponent IE lb or trist matchup.
How do you use dmats on syndra? I wish that would had been answered in the video since I still don't know what that rune offers for her besides oneshotting cannon waves. Is there any breakpoint?
First I hope all is well and both you and Tim are having a good days. My question is is Syndra a champion like Orianna where a grasp of fundamentals are the difference between a good and bad one ergo making her a good champion to learn fundamentals wave management, jungle tracking, teamfighting, etc.? or is she a champion like Annie, which if am correct (and correct me if I am wrong), where as you said with T1 hid some of his weakness?
@@CoachMysterias Thank you; been debating between Orianna and Syndra, as I have noticed that my fundamentals lack at times, and am looking for a champion that will force me to play fundamentally, which I think control mages are best at. Do you on your channel have any guides on the basic fundamentals, as I try to get as many perspectives on the topics as possible.
When you take Minion Dematerializer, are there any wave clear break points to look out for - e.g. should you look to use it on 2 casters and one cannon every time? Or do you just use it on cannons for tempo or something like that?
