@vvasiliev Thank you for your great work. It will be great if you could make a video or whole dvd about "breaking the structure" of an opponent. It looks so easy when you and Mikhail do it but it's very difficult for us to replicate it. :)

its same thing Kadochnikov or Systema,Systema is millenium Russian fight art,Russians was always fighting outnumbered form pracktickly any nation of the glob so systema is was actual martial art against many enemys,Kadochnikov make Russian old art more scentific way,using bio mechanics lows,but its same art

is systema still being used by the spetsnaz? also...how trustworthy is the kadoshnikov method?

I don't mean to be disrespectful, but at first glance, it looked like a strange 'fusion' of krav maga and aikido.... Anyway, your 'philosophy' of training seems much wiser than that of other schools of 'combatives' and the like; I mean to deal with aggression with lucidity and a rather calm spirit.

I DONT BELIEVE THAT ARE MANY...a lot of them know karate,kung fu,ji jitsu,BUT HTEY DONT KNOW TOO MANY MOVES TO ESAPE ..they just know some moves to pushh you down easy..

But i'm sure it's going to be Vary difficult to defeat Vladimir
