Taylor - first, love love love the channel. As a fellow entrepreneur, it feeds my soul to watch you go through the day to day of being the head of a growing company. Thank you so much for doing this (I know it actually takes massive amounts of time). Second - yep, you are at the apex of massive growing pains. It feels like complete muck, but this friction is what pushes you and the team. BTW - I know you know all this. At the risk of being pedantic - what got you here won't get you there. So looking at systems and processes is absolutely the right thing to do (and you're doing it already). Be prepared to throw out the ones that don't/can't serve you through this season. And remember, growing isn't a straight line. It's almost always a slingshot effect - you're going along, then a few (actually usually more than a few) setbacks happen and force you backwards, then you slingshot far beyond where you started. Here's a 'cheer' to the slingshot season! Oh, and by the way - simply wanting to grow IS a worthy goal :-) Belated Happy Birthday!
