Well, M1 has been designed in the 1980s and is using old technology, which has been upgraded to meet needs of modern warfare, but 4th gen tank will ofc be superior. I personally think they are comparable because T-14 has basically no turret armor and can be knocked out of action very easily even by RPGs (APS does not give 360 degree coverage).
