Mike and the gang are back to help grow our brains and show us how to install the WINTR Fairing Kit and make riding better than ever before! t-cycle.com/co...
Good tutorial. However, getting the adjustment spot on with cycle shoes on is another ball game. My cleats are slid as close to the heel as possible which brings the toe closer to the fairing. I have scuffed areas on the fairing where my toes have rubbed at the top of each pedal stroke. Quite honestly perfect adjustment is a bit fiddly. There’s a sweet spot you didn’t need to address with a barefoot subject and platform pedals.
Went back again after another watch (no illustrious assistant) with many small adjustments my feet and knees clear and I see just over the top of the fairing. The distance from the bottom of the fairing to the ground is far from your recommended 4 inches. Mine is closer to 14”. Seems good.
@@markrobinson891 Hi Mark. I have the same issue. 6'2" and a size 13 shoe (cleat all the way down). 15" height at the front end. Not much of a bubble (more of a slant on the front end). I can see over the fairing. I'm sure these were designed for an average height rider.
