You need to make an external antenna plugin for better signal reception, overseas most prepaid boxes allow and have them.

Just got mine today. plugged ethernet from T Mobile 5G to WAN port on my wireless router that has VPN. This way all my devices are connected to same wireless network even though switched to T Mobile. Speed not fast but stable. Video streaming working just as well as was with Spectrum modem that was using before. If stays stable during trial period is a winner for me.

Not available in Puerto Rico. We keep waiting.

I have a example of how much signal I've been dealing with...peep this. So, Apple ARMed and crushed pro tools users and Audio engineers and beat makers because now all the recording gear or DAW and digital is third party Frankenstein's. I mean, this has always been a thing (Yamahas 90s home stereo receiver, aux ipod/iphone in/, Monitor mix B is Turn Table mixer, Monitor mix A is computer/iphone/ipad out vintage Yamaha. Then not only is all of that normal for audio pros but get this...A live recording im real time from pro tools bounced into logic has to be formatted to Apple lossless because logic samples a clock and not real time. So you havs to sample compress and sample down to make up for lost time. And the only thing you could convert with very easily was itunes and i didn't use itunes other than to convert apple lossless files. So not only did i not even use itunes very often at all but I feel like we all chewed and spit out signals and still struggle to hear each other and see each other.

I actually have mine as well unfortunately I can't find a way to pay the bill since I don't have a T-Mobile number. My bill is due tomorrow and I'm stuck...help anyone? 😭

Awesome. Sold me on the easy plug in. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered Xfinity or U-verse in a new apartment only to figure out that none of the cable aux on the walls are compatible with their modems. Then you have to call a service worker to come out, they usually can't come to your place for 5+ business days as there isn't an option to get them to come sooner, then they charge you $100 for them coming out. Horrible. Plug in is absolutely the way to go.

T-mobile home internet is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Have to reboot gateway multiple times per day sometimes. Up to 1 second latencies (that's right, 1 second!!!). Typical speed when it does work 10-20. Customer service horrible. latest experience when called the 1st CSR did not even have explanation when they would return to service. Super said maybe Thursday (call was on Monday). Don't want to compensate for anything in a meaningful manner. Don't want to give hotspot backups through their cell service. They pretty much say you cell customers are priority and you are not and if you don't like it, here is the door. They try to "educate" about their service when start comparing to wired service.... One Saturday called for tech support, wait was up to an hour. And again, when you do get a rep, all they do, they at most tell you to reboot. And then say , "see it works now". And when you tell them to escalate to engineering, they don't get back to you with result. This is not a one time experience. Problems going on for months. The only reason with them - have $25 fixed price and still not worth it at this price.

This dude has to absolutely lose the earrings. My trust in him with earrings is 0 out of 100 whereas it could be 80 out of 100 without earrings. Dude, come on. What are you thinking?

Despite this being wireless, it tells me it is not available for my home in Chicago. Lol
