The NFL knew this was untenable. Why mess with the waiver at all if you are acting legit? Max is dead on, and Stephen A knows it. I doubt Colin Kaepernick needed YOU to speak for him and his "camp" when he has lawyers and that's who is dealing with waivers, not Stephen A.
