Thats so true. I haven't listened to a tpain song in a while like for reals. The last time I listened to a 2pac song was like 15 mins ago and I'll probably go listen to some more later too not gonna lie.
Respect for defending the legend 2pac and his legacy. He is not here to defend himself, 2pac said it in his raps, people will talk about him after he is gone but they fear him in the physical form.
Thank you Danny Boy! Too many ppl like tpain get too comfortable and forget how impactful pac was. I Appreciate you for speaking up for Pac and not letting ppl like Tpain disrespect his legacy ❤️ much love
T Pain could NEVER accomplish what 2Pac did on any level, in a few years or less there won't be a TPain and only so many will even mention his name. 2Pac been gone over 20 years and people still talking about his music like it was just released months ago, it still sounds brand new, more than half the people in this new generation has got hundreds of songs either downloaded or on vinyl, CD or cassette. T Pain would never have it like that, this b.s. he's talking about is the only reason people are even reciting his name and saying nothing good about it! T Pain needs to go out and accomplish something worth mentioning, sell at least three quarters of the music 2Pac has sold, acquire a massive following be almost as good before you start running your lips together! Social media made your ass and you still can't compare to 2Pac, he did almost a lifetime of work by 25! 25! If he had social media he would have had millions of followers but he did it WITHOUT social media! Get yo' shit correct bruh, you ain't shit in this music game, just another jealous hater! Typical!
He said pac was one of the only rappers at death row to really show him some genuine love and I believe Reggie wright has said the same about him and pac
Danny Boy can sing his ass off. Glad there's still people standing up for Pac. Pac is the people's champ and something none of these artists will ever achieve.
Ehhhh, he was kinda ok. There’s many singers like ganny boy who can drop a hook. This the same dude who lost in like the second round or something in some tv singing competition to some random unknown scruffy grease ball fat white guy ffs.. ganny boy
Danny spitting nothing but facts. T-Pain has a few catchy hits, but he’s not even CLOSE to Pac’s level, neither are the rappers today. He had no business disrespecting a LEGEND
It’s 5 rappers that I believe should never be spoke on with their achievements and what they mean to hip hop they’re pac big hov nas And LL I know it’s more great mc’s but those 5 from that era should never be disrespected they all have albums that are 20 plus years old that still sound good till this very day
"Tpain sounds like a computer and an app" LMAO that was gold. And dang, his ability to sing like that on the spot was super impressive. That's what you call real musical talent, Tslained by DannyBoy!
Growing up in the 1990s and listening to a ton of Death Row records, I gained an appreciation for Danny Boy's singing. Damn that brother can sang and he is still hella underrated.
Tupacs career lasted 5 years. Everything we know done by him, was done in 5 years. How many people in any career can say that? He did more impactful things than people who have had way more years to do something. Folks need to stop speculating and hating. That 5 years was REAL.. What can his haters show?
@@reefhomiejon9079 people forget he was out before death row.. he was still like the way he was until death.. PAC will ever live on long as we continue to say his name.
Dear 2Pac I’m still listening to your music. You said you would live forever thru your music. You are definitely missed and everything you said about the future is true. Wise beyond your years. Rip legend
Danny Boy said nothing but the truth. If 2Pac was still here, he would have been into politics because that was what he was transitioning to. He wanted to improve our communities and I believe he would have did it too. R.I.P Tupac .
I remember back in the day it wasn't no Instagram, snapchat or anything. When I heard Tupac's music I was amazed by lyrics and what he stood for and what he said . R.I.P Tupac . I applaud Danny boy for keeping Tupac name alive and yes if Tupac was alive he will out rap this rappers today .
@@seanford4542 DAMN RIGHT!!! PAC RAISE ME!!! I STILL LIVE BY DA CODE!!! BUT I'M OLDER AN SMARTER!!! U GOTTA A STREET AN A SIDEWALK!!! IM ON THE SIDEWALK NOW!!!🎯💯💯✌️✌️
Tupac has a global influence. He touches people’s hearts in every country on earth where most don’t even understand what he’s saying but still connect with him at a high level because they hear it in his voice, see it in his eyes, feel it in his energy. Tupac was headed to politics, and that is the reason he’s not here with us today. R.I.P Tupac! 🙏🏽
2pac was more than just a rapper. He was a artist.... a poet. Art doesn't require all the extra stuff people expect from rap. The art of music only requires a creative mind. That's why he is still relevant.
Tupac’s music is still so strong and relevant, greatest lyricist, great poet, tremendous actor, he accomplished more in his 25 years of life, than any other artist could ever dream of accomplishing.
Yep but with fake charisma as gangster 😂 today's young generation wants to be gangsters because they were inspired by most of the fake gangsters persona in the 90s
@@feelsillogical look up the Panthers also listen to him and monster Cody you think he was a fake but using them as the Panthers was using gangs.. also listen to his speech when he said marching and praying is not doing nothing.he saw gangs unite against the police in the 91 or 92 riot.. he was inspired about that.. he said gangs can be used for positive not just the negative.
Everything bout 2pac nd biggie is legendary .......what's more funny even their deaths are iconic....... They departed long time ago some of us went even born but we listen 2 their music like it came out yesterday dang.... The only and only Hip hop Legends....🙇♂
@@jalenaverylloydaveryiisson8862 go dig Lloyd Avery dead ass up. Goofy was from Beverly Hills tryna gang bang 🤡 got killed inna cell then got a ritual on him🤡. Go troll the dude the killed Lloyd 😂😂🤡
Danny boy just said what most of us real pac fans feel about all these lame modern day 2pac haters or even corny comment talking people do now a days just get attention off the big homie name but no one can ever be or feel that man's shoes that's why he is still glorified world wide till this day the best ever.
Bro most people don't necessarily "hate" Pac, the just don't "love" him like you do. In fact they love to get under the skin of people like you, his die hard fan's bc they feel your passion for him is groupie-ish & weird for grown men to behave this way. I like Pac's music but that's where it stops. I never defend him when people have their opinions bc that's their opinions & honestly I find it humorous when other's make fun of him to get under your skin bc you fall for it everytime. Just enjoy his music & stop being so charged when people deliberately get under your skin bc you allow them to.
Naw yall just dick riding. Tupac a goat but he wasn't perfect. He not meant to worshiped or anything lol. Just cuz people have an opinion don't mean yall gotta respond all hateful. All Tpain did say some drunk shit on a podcast, he wasn't even hating
I really did not know much about hip hop growing up in the 90's in Africa, but each time I see Pac's poster/picture or hears his songs, what comes to my mind was that he is Rapper/gangster. Now that I'm grown everything has connected, he was the face of rap music in the 90's, a gangster rapper. A legend in Africa
*THANK YOU DANNYBOY FOR BEING* 💯 Can’t stand how disrespectful this generation is, and they don’t even have that kind of Talent as y’all had in the 90’s it’s not even close. DannyBoy is from the Era where if it’s said “Awe he’s a singer…” it’s cause they can *SANG*
@@obedyeboah5916 Dude shut up! Take that negativity ish somewhere else. It’s always u Walmart and Family Dollar workers that always have something smart to say
I love Danny's reactions, because they are how he truly feels! Danny said you have no past to mention Pac, look up and salute him as a legend, and stay in your place. Couldn't be any truer words spoken. All of that sounds like good advice for T-Pain, lol.
Jealousy is 1 hell of a thing. Since the late great brotha Tupac Shakur passed these cats are still hating and talking about him, that's how you know a true leader and messenger👑🤲🏿🙏🏿💯
@@jalenaverylloydaveryiisson8862 He loved Biggie,Pac was mad because Biggie knew who set him up but wouldn't tell him, he thought they were better than that!
T-Pain is a skate board, auto-tune master. He should be the last person speaking on someone's rapping or singing skills. Hell, 2Pac is not only a curriculum, he is a phenomenon! 💪🤔
@@yungloud9431 yes T-Pain can sing, but he dead wrong for saying what he said. Pac is so relevant and played an important role in people’s life so much that some people stopped listening to him because of that.
Yesssss Danny Boy come through with them vocals and been had vocals. Yeah Pac is forever the GOAT he’s one of one ALWAYS never be another like him. Rip Tupac Shakur we’ll ALWAYS love you ❤️🙏🏾
Lyrics aren't the only thing that makes an artist great. Pac has something that no other hip hop artist has IMO. It's a quality that only artist like MJ, Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley and other artists on that level have. It's a level of rawness and authenticity that MANY artists lack even the ones that came out before and during PACs era. Pac has TIMELESS MUSIC that will outlive us all.
Yes. No rapper today, not even Drake, J. Cole, or Kendrick will have music that lives on like Pac’s catalog. Kendrick has some “modern classics”, but nobody is gonna be playing that shit in 20-30 years.
@@JM1993951 yeah there are very few 2000s rappers with originality like pac. There are a few standouts in the early 2000s Kanye west and Eminem (tho he started in the 90s) being the most influential and original IMO
We still listen to Pac the 25 year old legend who wrote those lyrics when he was like 22. That’s a legend! We’re still talking about a 22 year olds work! Think about that
Roger was authentic and Danny is a real singer who can actually sing with his voice. He doesn’t even need a beat or a microphone. He can do it right on the spot 🎼
Tupac was your hero Tupac was your hero the man lasted on the street for 6 years he made so many mistakes he ended up getting himself killed that's your hero he made major fou pais in the music business and in life and that is your hero ......okay then
@@houserwhiteir1010 heros are expected to live forever now?? Even superman died. 2pac made a huge impact within the few years he was here, you can't possibly deny that!
Respect to Boosie, Napoleon & Danny Boy for defending 2Pac!!!! P.S. how can T-Pain say what he said about 2Pac’s lyricism, 2Pac literally predicted how lyrically bad rappers are today back in the 90s!!!!
Shit he predicted way more than that. Calling Pac the GOAT is an understatement because that’s how good he was. Seriously, a 6 year career that outdone rapper’s careers who been in the game for a decade and longer(especially at his young age) makes no sense.
Ok, I respect this nigga to the fullest now. He has redeemed himself in my eyes for speaking up for tupac, and not letting that shit slide. This nigga can really sing, and he always stands on what he says. This should hit a million views easy... Much love and respect Danny boy💯
@@jalenaverylloydaveryiisson8862 Dog you don't know me, and why you putting a rainbow at the end of your comment. Look at my profile picture, and look at yours. You look like you modeling, and I look like a king. Foh with the hate bruh
@@jalenaverylloydaveryiisson8862 idc how he act he speaking facts pac is and always will be the greatest and pac is something tht u young niggas will never understand
I'm not the biggest Pac fan but I appreciate Danny Boy's passion for defending pac and other old school mcs. Alot other artist from the 80s and 90s act like they scared to check these new generation goofballs because they don't want to be labeled a hater or washed up old head.
Timeless music and classic albums like "All Eyez on Me" will forever be fresh. 2Pac inspired alot of these rappers whether they want to admit or not. That's superfacts 🤷🏿♂️💯
I like T-Pain but he is a clown for this. Tupac Was and still is the greatest rapper of all time. I believe he had the 1st rap song ever with "Dear Mama" inducted into the library of congress archives. THAT says alot. Allthough alot of his music was hardcore gangsta music He also made real music that people could relate too with positive messages that still to this day stand the test of time. The way he did it Was amazing cause not only were the songs amazing from a production standpoint with the the beats and harmony but the lyrics were actually powerful. He gave everyday normal people like you and me something to strive to be better to. How many of these corny ass rappers do that now a days???? NONE, all they talk about is Drugs and being addicts, Giving money to strippers, Sex and other BS stuff that is plaguing society and our youth. The female rappers are ever worse! All these rappers talk about now a days it what a woman or man has to do for them and how they exploit each other for money and drugs. Pac had songs like "Keep Ya Head Up", "Dear Mama", Brendas Got A Baby", To Live & Die In L.A." and many more massive hit songs that sent a positive message to everyone. These rappers now a days are just so garbage how anyone likes them is amazing to me, especially all these wack female rappers that only talk about they bodies and how much money a man has to have to please them. LMAO Dude Had ALBUMS AND SONGS that went diamond before social media and all this corny stuff existed. Most of these rappers wouldnt exist without the internet, which Pac did not have. You had to live in the 90s and live in the time to see how powerful the movement was like Danny Boy said. Everyone knew him, listened to him and he was like the elvis presley of rap music, the michael jackson of pop music. He was a household name worldwide. That proof still exists til this day.Tupac did more in a 5 year span then most rappers could do in 3 lifetimes! Multiple hit songs, albums and MOVIES.
It was not 2pac. Thanks for dropping the message..... Lol I'll need ol Danny boy to finally drop a album of some sort..... 2Pac don't need no defense. He can stand on his own....
He can have his opinion. But what bugs me is younger people that hear T pain say that will automatically disregard Tupac's music without listening to it and never hear what his message was
@@MrStaley I have no doubt that 2pac crushes T Pain however tpain wasn't talking about himself. And if the majority of youngsters in the world were banging 2pac then.you would see it more in the music that's released today. So many have never heard him. And it's a shame. They losing out on dope beats and true poetry
I read a lot of comments on that Tpain video from a lot of youngins!! Not ONE of them agreed w/ Tpain. Even the youngins knew Tpain was on some bullsh*t!! Respect to the youngins for keeping it 💯 when they hear some nonsense!!
What young people? That's not T Pain's generation. You don't cancel people out, just because their opinions might have power. That's the basis of COINTELPRO.
My thing about dudes coming for Pac is you don’t have to like him but to say shit like “he would be wack now” or “his music is trash” or “he was a fake gangster” is corny. Pac was THE MAN in his era. Pac did more in five years than most of these dudes did in their whole career. Pac been dead 26 years and his music is still as good or better than ANYTHING out.
Pac popped two off duty white cops for fuckin' wit another black man. These so-called Gs today are afraid of the cops and white people. They're murking little kids and hittin' innocent bystanders. There is nothing G about that. Pac's "gang" was black people.
I think y’all have it confused. 2pac the actual person and what he stood for outshined Pac the rapper. Y’all think Pac is who/what he is today because of music and I don’t think that’s the case. It was his personality and the way he pushed what he believed in. Most Pac and rap fans in general aren’t really from the culture so they just hear music. No offense but it’s fact. The things Pac rapped about reflected the struggles we’ve felt in these communities.
Thank You Danny Boy For Keeping It 💯 Pac's legacy will continue to grow And salute to you always underrated never duplicated maybe you need to put out a little something
This interview makes me respect Danny boy sooooooo much more. He defended an artist worth defending AND he gave us some grade A vocals. I'm a Danny boy fan now. Still like t pain though.
2pac is a true legend I mean no man can match this guy . You can put 2pac on any beat even in 2022 he sounds fresh his voice his poetic words still has a meaning today with all the struggles man is a Genius legend 🙏
Tupac's undeniable relevance is a blessing and a curse. It's a blessing because we love him and he will never die but also a curse because the issues he rapped about are STILL issues.
