This even was pretty fun and really shows the difference between a top team and a ~middle of the table LEC team (ikik LEC hasn't begun yet but that's where most people would put KC). You force T1 on champs they're not used to, you get some pretty decent plays every once in a while, and yet at 20 min you're down 3 drakes to 0, 10k gold and somehow the lethality support caitlyn is destroying your entire team
If we ignore the assumption that they did not sweat preparing specifics against kc, technically only zeus played a "champ [he's] not used to". Rather it's just a great showcase of the depth of their champ pool, no? Edit: for context, he has no record of playing volibear in pro play
Dude theyrs pro they know a lot of champion even if we are not used too see them, however cho botlane Isn't new at all, he played it already and a lot, guma was also a main cho Years ago when he was still playing top. The draft they did isn't at all a trolling one. What i don't understand is the différence of game plan of both, it they wanted to get over oner, why taric jungle and without funnel? why put all his effort to the Olaf witch was ahead on early, spécialy when the bot lane traded Realy poorly early and It's followed by Oner. That's lead to a situation where your jungle is slowest to farm jungle, to even move and so for cover or help witch is awfull spécialy for the already losing lane.
Not sure why people think the KC guys were tryharding this, ghost Taric jungle sounds like the most for fun thing possible and its not like Nilah is particularly meta RN either.
@@hamzabelattarno one boo'd for the opposition tho. Even delulu T1 fans won't do some pisslow disrespectful crap like that. But yea, try to overlook the fact that some of them do send death threats to T1 players
@@hamzabelattarimagine thinking that clapping for the opposing team is crazy. How rotten is your brain when your first instinct is to show disrespect. Literal child behavior
So funny seeing randoms on the internet being so categoric when in reality : - T1 don't give a fuck - They're still coming to the next event which is in Paris to face... Karmine Corp
caedrel: oh look, faker's got his eyes closed, he's meditating, maybe he'll try hard meanwhile t1: literally physically fighting not to fall asleep from the exhaustion, pretty sure that's why his eyes were closed lmao. keria was nodding his head like he was about to fall asleep during the heretics match, oner was yawning since the kcorp match. the whole tourney was very unfair for them tbh lol, it wasn't even that fun and all they got was tired. they missed bang's wedding for it too. and they got booed by weirdo kcorp fans while falling asleep. lame.
@@alfdlgnaatnot saying they didn't have fun at all, they definitely did have fun with the circus picks. it just probably would have been more fun if they weren't dead tired by match 3.
@@TheJerbolprobably a mix of both, but keria was literally about to fall asleep and smash his head on his keyboard by game 4. no wonder they lost the g2 match, i feel like they sleepwalked through that one. severe jetlag. and they fly out to korea immediately tomorrow too, i feel bad for them.
It's funny how KC fans on twitter are saying Saken gapped Faker because of the CS differential. It's literally a range vs melee matchup. Not to mention Faker roamed the map and impacted the games while Saken stayed in lane farming CS watching his team lose. Imagine picking Ryze but never ganked side lanes lol
KCorp fans booing and disrespecting faker on post-game should be straightup banned from the venue. They really coped so much for their team thinking they can beat World Champions lmao. They should name their fans Kcope.
i will give you context. cabo wanted to first pick lee (his signature champ) but the team told him nah we need to lock senna (said it on twitter), so when oner picked it they were laughing at him. also yes they were very happy to play against t1. saken is a very huge faker fan (plays with no skins and his main champs are azir ryze leblanc...) thats why he played ryze here.
It's a genuine shame that T1 spent so much time travelling to perform for a crowd where half the people seemed to not want them there. Next time just have G2 play Kcorp in a bo5 so all the Frenchman can be happy.
The crowd is not relevant of the true fan of kc to be honest, like there is bad fans in each community and the community of KC is really big. If you watch kcx3 we never booed the other team and even applaud them when they win and thanks them to come.
LEC audience are the worst next to the LPL. They openly reward toxic mouthbreathers like G2 who then go on to claim they are "down to earth" "friendly banters".
There was no reason for KC to boo FAKER. It was just like a barking dog out of fear. It was an event game and I know the gap with them except for the French. I heard that the Kameto hates Faker, but I think it's because of that. I hope I don't see them again
He RP in worlds, everyone wants t1 win, so he decided to play the villain, and he said that Faker wins too much trophees in his career and that's why he wants others teams to win the worlds but he doesn't hate him. stop hearing those fake rumours
@@Tanikoo_ Little kids dont know anything other than showing disrespect towards someone who's flew from korea to eu for 16 HOURS just to put up a show for u KC monkeys. Toddlers level of behavior, not an ounce of sportsmanship much less actual respect for someone spending their break time for the for fun event
I watched the event and thought the games were fun but the crowd was so dead and sort of rude. I feel bad for T1. They traveled super far for some fun matches and got THAT crowd?
I mean he's casting there ; it would be disgusting if he talks there while eating , especially when it's a pasta lol everyone's gonna hear em chewing that
@@pandapo7542lmao imagine disrespecting probably the best /most accomplished adc in your region’s history. Thats like lck fans saying deft have no cred
yup the very known taric otp cinkrof, also cabo dosent play olaf that much and faker plays a lot of yone oner is literally a main lee. guma was a cho gath main when he played top and played cho already in lck multiple times. but yeah i guess keria is a good caitlynn player
well that it's factually wrong, KC didn't have to yet they chose to play with the same rules as T1 (they couldn't use champs that were picked in previous t1 games neither)@@jaism2164
Yeah and this girl "Laure" actually boosting their egos talking with BrokenBlade about how they were having fun and playing games before, when G2 never played a game before in the day and T1 were playing vs every team and winning every single one with fun and even "Troll" picks".
@@ManuGame25i think if you watch the voice comm vids they put out it becomes clear Keria is their shotcaller mainly for team fights though, Faker still seems to be the one doing calls for what to engage in, whether to push objectives, stuff like the JDG game 3 shurima shuffle.
Yeah, on behalf of the non stupid french audience i'm sorry (but not surprised) some immature die hard kc fans booed. Some are known to be quite... immature yes. I don't claim them.
The one REALLY disappointing thing here in this event is when NNO picked Zed and killed all my chances of seeing Faker playing Zed in pro play ever again D:
It's not that great. Imagine 1 team playing 4-5 different teams in one day. By the time you get to the 3rd to 5th teams you are physically/ mentally tired while the other teams are fresh and will be playing their 1st game. 😂
@@saintsinner4781 I get it and i know they were asleep last 2 games. still watching T1 playing for hours without stress is something for me.. 왜케 진지하게 받는거야 ㅅㅂ
the audacity of those bronzies to boo the GOAT red bull should've let them left the stage fr that's a lot of disrespect they came from korea to play a show match not to be boo'd when they're literally your world champions lol
Don't forget they were 8+ hours jetlagged and played for several hours more. Guma literally snoozed for some minutes ingame and still shat on kc. And those kc fans still use this particular match to downplay t1 when they were handicapped to death.
Red Bull League of Its Own, It was just a for fun tournament, a bunch of EU teams vs T1, for the first 4 bo1s against teams like NNO, KC, and Heretics, T1 couldnt use champs that they or their opponents have already used (so by their 4th bo1 vs Heretics, they had 30 champions from the first 3 games that are banned for them). Then just a standard bo1 vs G2, didnt get to watch that last bo1 tho cuz I slept so im not sure what they did for that last match
I guess for the matchup to be more fair, if T1 had all of their main champs it would have been a stomp against every smaller team so less fun for the viewers
For their first 4 bo1s, they couldnt play champs that have already been played by them or the opponent team. So after the first bo1, they had 10 autobanned champs, then after the second bo1 they had 20, and after the 3rd bo1 they had 30 banned champs, not including ban phase. I didnt watch the G2 game but i think they had no handicap there in the format (probably were tired tho). Was a very fun watch! Shame it was in a bad timezone for me and the g2 game was at around 4am 😢
@@pandapo7542 honestly i think to emphasize the 'for fun' aspect they shoulda just kept the fearless draft going and put G2 as 3rd match, KC as 4th, and Heretics at 5th. Woulda been fun to see a slightly fresher t1 vs g2 while still keeping a casual format, imo.
