Being a Kashmiri Pandit after our Exodus from Kashmir valley, I was born and brought up in Jammu and I've close association with Jammuites and their cuisine specially ambal and your documentary made me reminiscent of my childhood where I used to eat langar in the temples. I take immense proud to be a son of jammu. Although i have seen and travelled the whole world but nothing can be compared to the warmth and innocence of my home land. Dham is eaten in what all regions of Jammu and what all is served? I am aware of the Kangri, Madyali and all other Himachali dhams but have very little knowledge on Jammu's Dham
Loved it ❤...Everything in the TAAM was original and good... the daan, chowl, daal, ambal, saghlaa, pattall, doona,.... the only negative was the use of some aluminium utensils.... all the utensils should be alloy and there should be no use of aluminium because it is harmful and was not used in those days
