@@charletteharper2094 where ? I know people who live in gated communities where the property ranges from $300k into the millions nothing hood about those communities or neighborhoods are hood. Who buys a 2mil dollar home in the hood ? No one but investors and on the outskirts of LA you can still buy land for less than half a mil and nothing about the area is hood. KEEP WINNING TAB !

Very nice house and grounds. House gives off late 50's, early 60's vibes but has been nicely renovated. They obviously converted a bedroom to make the large closet and bathroom in the owners suite.Glad I did not see any salmond colored or blue tiles in the bathroom. Surprised by the yard size including an outdoor kitchen putting green, swimming pool, tennis court, greenhouse and playground. The outside tiles and brickwork are beautiful as well. Great home.
