Non belief is growing because apologists don't have strong evidence for their claims. It's a lot of special pleading and presupposition.

Would you mind sharing the book's name of Ms. Locklair. Thanks in advance!

Let's be honest here, for 99%, apologetics is for a believer. Sad to say, many apologists are able to be debunked. We as Christians, DON'T agree on doctrine. Yet we agree on apologetics? Of course not.

I am an atheist and I will agree with this, apologetics does not work for someone like me.

I hope we can all strive to be kind, humane beings; regardless of variation of doctrine or the rejection of all dogma. I hold as self evident the proposition (universal to all humane moral codes) : treat others as you want to be treated. I think it's irrelevant whom was the first to write this ideal on a clay tablet or scroll. Nor is it important what /whom you " believe" is the source of this universal understanding. It seems to me; the only thing that matters in this life is: do you agree that striving to treat others as you would want to be treated is a moral imperative you are willing to accept? Are you ok treating certain groups of people in ways you would NOT want to be treated? Or is there some option of which I am unaware? Strange that there should be the need for so many thousands of books and videos and live streams...to,I guess, apologize for something about something. With science, when they find out some research was tainted and have to toss it; or find out the universe is only 12.5 billion instead of 13.7--and they have to report all that embarrassing cr*p in their scientific journals---that's kind of like the opposite of apologetics--right?

Hey guys, maybe do some study about your own faith--if you are going to site one of the Pauline letters, you should try one he is actually known to have written. The 7 accepted by scholars as authored by Paul are first Thessalonians (c.50 AD), !st,&2nd Corinthians(c. 53-56), Galatians (c.53), Philemon(c.55), Philippians (c.55) and Romans (c.57). All of his letters were written before the first gospel (Mark) was written by an anonymous author c.65-75 AD---just saying.

Beware of being pulled into proving the Bible. There’s no way to do that. We’re called to proclaim the gospel not prove it. Let the Holy Spirit do his work through the Word.

I listened to you, but this does not change anything. All religious belief is a matter of faith. This is for you guys, not for me.

Except for the historical narratives. Those can be proven, but outside of that yes you’re correct.

There is NOTHING "academic" about apologetics...it's infantile wish thinking nonsense
