Really helpful. This is the best video on manual entries that I've watched so far. I've just started as an HGV driver and nearly always choose the "No" option when i finish doing a manual entry so i can just double check that i haven't made any mistakes. I've almost put a daily rest period in as "other work" and caught it and corrected it during the double check.

left the card in last night. and will need to do a manual entry. seems if I take the card out and then start my day doing a manual entry first as seen here, I shouldn't have a problem.

Any chance you can show me how you change setting for when you turn ignition off that it gose to work instead of rest?

I have a question. When we remove the tacho card at weekend and again insert it at the beginning of the week the tacho machine shows the last time of withdrawal and time of making manual entry. I want to know, does it shows the total time for which the tacho card was out of the machine??

What is that ITS an VDO data that u click yes on? I'm sure I've been told to click no on them?
