Released just this month is a Fallout 76 Ini Editor that automatically adds all your archives to your Custom Ini. Come get it here: www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/2527 Install is similar to Bodyslide, just make sure to add the executable and run it from inside MO2.
ya im sure i just messed up my install again. i followed your steps, pausing and rewinding because your all click click click , and now i went to the fold you said to cut files from and there wasnt anything there. but also i tried to install mods and nothing while using mo2. so again how.
I dont have a modding file with the name mo2 f76 were there is alot of stuff inside like rescources or anything i just dont have it. maby i still have to do it seperatly but i dont know how to do that too because im knew to this whole modding and files stuff like you could say im new to computers and files i dont really know how to seperatly make them step by step so this sadly didnt help
When you install Mod Organizer 2 you pick the folder it goes to. I just picked the folder MO2 F76 because I have 3 other Mod Organizer installs on my computer. Sounds like you need a little more in depth assistance. You should drop by my discord and I can help you out. The link is in the description or on my channel page.
@@Extrabitz Sorry for the confusion! I only changed it because I have MO2 installs for 3 other games and have to keep them sorted. Any questions, feel free to ask and I'll try to clarify it for you. Thanks for watching and good luck! :)
Yes it will work for the Microsoft Store version the only primary differences are some differences in how things are named and locations. For instance the "Fallout76Custom.ini" will instead be "Project76Custom.ini." They may also be located under Program Files\ModifiableWindowsApps\Fallout76 instead of in your documents folder. Otherwise the steps should be similar. Please let me know if you have any trouble getting it to work as I don't have a way to test it personally. I hope this helps, good luck! Edit: You also may need to "enable modding" in the xbox app by clicking the "..." on Fallout 76.
Thank you for your comment! Can you clarify what you mean for me? Do you mean that modding FO76 has been around for many years with no problems and I am behind the curve? If so then I totally agree. I just saw lots of people posting about having trouble getting the mods to work and figured a video tutorial was easier to follow along with than text. I never really put effort into looking into it but at some point in bed in the morning I was on Nexus and wanted to see what mods were actually available for an online game like FO76 and decided to get started!
Thank you for your suggestion! Are you referring to GTA 5? There are a few good sounding mods for sure and I would be happy to make a guide. Make sure to subscribe so you can find it easily once posted. :)
How many mods are you running? You might have to disable them and reinstall one at a time testing in between to try to find the one responsible. Unfortunately FO76 gets very regular patches that will break mod compatibility. For example the pip boy mod I am using is supposed to work for both in game types of the pip boy but with this version appears to only show as the "in power armor" pip boy. Several other mods didn't work at all and I had to remove them from my list. :( Hope this helps!
