I love how Ben does the bare minimum and we keep coming back for more. My man’s eaten 3 week old Doritos and ground beef with a McFlurry spoon. But videos always on point 👌🏻🔥
I literally spit water everywhere from laughing from the pause after “shout out Ronald Regan” I never expected that and it was my first ever spit take thanks Ben my sheets are all wet
you should do a series of videos like this, where you continue to recreate foods you had back in the day at school because i’ll probably be able to relate to a lot of them. them school mozzarella sticks were the shit imo
We used to do this Taco bag with all the works, the meat in the bag, nacho cheese melted on the top, sour cream, all the toppings you can think of on a taco would go in the bag as well. And then you mix it all up. And you're supposed to CRUSH everything!! Crush real hard and real good. Heaven!!♥️
Yes but he was saying as a child he didn’t have those kind of resources. I think like some of us he’s stating his childhood the family could afford the bare minimum. Taco salad and chef salad were few and far in between because we budget and didn’t have that kind of spending freedom. Even hot lunches in school were composed differently than today’s. The real eye opener is seeing what kids eat from Japan and France VS here in the United States our meals look less appetizing complicated ared to some of theirs which look and I’m sure taste way better and you can see that they are more balanced . I love how humble and simplistic Ben is with not eating even on reviews when something is too spicy or not good like the Pop rocks candy burger he said was overhyped and over priced even not good at all but he didn’t waste it. Why he has so many followers. No drama chasing either with other channels on here. Always a fan and loyal subscriber here even if I wished he replied to comments periodically ❤️💯🙏☺️😍🥰🇺🇸
Back in the 90s in Cali, high school lunches from the student store were “Chili Billies”. Fritos, chili, and hot nacho cheese served in the individual fritos bag. If they ran out of fritos, doritos were an acceptable back up chip. Good eats for $1.50. Sometimes they’d spoon that nacho cheese and it hit that metallic inside of the bag it was so inferno hot it would burn your hand. Tasted Mighty fine, but, so so bad for you, lol.
for us natives we usually have these at our concession stands during our powwows !! its one of our staple comfort foods hehe 🥰✌️ you should try Indian Taco next!!!
My school would actually serve this for lunch. They would put taco meat into a nacho cheese dorito bag then add cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream. It was called a walking taco.
This shows like me you are a true fan watching him eat that I’m like scrape them off but Ben being Ben he didn’t because he doesn’t waste anything. I hope you are staying safe and healthy in this time and like you I look forward to others but the Mexican cheesesteak sandwich he utilizes next with the last of the meat here shows he does not believe in waste. Haters may say oh that’s not cheesesteak but clearly he states everyone can call it what they like. The beautiful thing is it’s his channel so they can keep scrolling and those of us that are true fans will continue to keep on supporting him by viewing!!😉❤️💯🥰
The way he stared into space outta nowhere 🤣💀 I love taco in the bag aka Lazy nachos. In Chicago we always ate the chips with meat and cheese in the bag... I like to add jalapenos 🤤😋
We never had tacos anything in elementary schools. Pizzas on Fridays, and sometimes we'd get a really good salisbury burger (one time I stuffed it in my pocket when they rushed out of the cafeteria) and we got chicken pot pie. Great times discovering American school lunches! Gonna have to try this one day! Thanks Ben!
Evreytime I have Nachos I'd take a bowl and put my Chips and Meat in and Crush them together. I'd later add the toppings in and mash them together. That was honestly the best choice I've ever made in my life,
I'm from Missouri the heart of the Midwest and it's definitely a Midwest thing the only thing is you're missing a few ingredients cheese lettuce tomatoes sour cream or whatever option you like to put on your tacos but all that shit goes dinner for real you can use all kind of different chips or different Dorito flavors!
Yeah back in the day we use to do this! We would go to 7/11 and get a bag of Doritos and put that “mystery meat chili” and cheese 🧀 in the bag and it was bussin! Fingers would be hella cheesy…..
Here in Central Illinois we had these at concessions stands for sporting events. They were called Walking Tacos! Usually made with fritos but doritos sounds good too
Doritos just make the best nachos 👌🏾. Once i discovered that, I never went back to regular tortillas. Definitely try it with cheese. You think you don't need it, but once you try it, your mind will be blown! P.S - not sure where Ben went to school, but this was definitely NOT on my school lunch menu 🤣🤣🤣. My parents would have been pissed if they were feeding us this junk food with their tax money.
