Splendid mate. This is what RU-vid was created for. I own a Tacoma 1st generation, and as long you give maintenance to the frame, it will always be the best pickup ever made 😊
Thank you for sharing. Your skills, passion, and attention to detail are inspiring. I have an '04 manual V6 TRD Tacoma Xtracab that I am getting ready for winter. Mountain pass after mountain pass. 20 below to 120° F. She's never let me down. I was tempted to get a '23 since it's the last of the V6, but I figure my girl's still gotta life left in her (176 k).🤘
🇨🇦 I got a 96 with over 800,000km .. done timing belt 4 times now.. engine doesn’t use ,lose or burn any oil.. doesn’t even turn black with change every 7500 km. Keeping it forever!
Man, I love this model. I had two, a 2001 and 2003. The 2001 got into an accident 😢 300,000 miles no issues. Bought a 2003 in 2016 at 115000 miles have nearly 270000 miles on it no issues! A truly amazing truck, fantastic job on that restoration 😊
Thanks for the encouragement it keeps us motivated we do absolutely love tacos. Thanks for watching and subscribing! Check this one out ru-vid.com/group/PL_xf8etLwCA0zFpnP5sT15thIPCsnfk_M
Hello there Gentlemen. I was just wondering where you guys are located? I loved the 2003 Tacoma restoration. That was an outstanding job you did. I also have a 2003 Tacoma that needs a complete paint job. The frame and interior are super clean. By the way Im in Florida....God Bless...You all take care ....
Wondering how noticable a color change would be if not doing inside the engine bay... Planning on getting mine done some point soon but really dont feel comfortable having them take components out of the engine bay. Id imagine since its originally silver that probably makes it a bit easier to pass off.
I'll never understand why people put oversized rims on an off-road vehicle. Tire sidewall is the difference between traction and no traction additionally larger rims and tires with less sidewall creates a significantly harsher ride. Personally I wouldn't go larger than a 16-inch rim which would allow you to do the tundra brake upgrade on this specific vehicle
@OrangeWiresGarage yes I have a 2 owner 2002 tacoma v6 4 door no frame damage. Paint isn't bad. Has some dings and dents nothing major , Just like to get a new paint. Grill ,headlights, rear bumper,
