Mmmmm. looks delish!! My cousin was married to a man from Michoacan, and she always made the best food. She would make chicken and potato enchiladas with red sauce, and the best steak rice I have ever had. She also made a really good shrimp ceviche that was all green. Oh, and her best dish was chicken legs cooked with onions and peppers, it was spicy, but so good:)
Hay Dona Maria ahora si que me dio una hambre increible con esos tacos. Aqui en San Diego yo he ido a un restaurant que se llama 'Las Cuatro Milpas' donde hacen unos tacos parecidos a los de su receta (pero los suyos se ven ahun mas sabrosos) y la gente hace una linea largisima afuera de ese restaurant para comer esos tacos y otra comida que sirven tambien. Un restaurant con sus recetas tendria mucho exito tambien. Que Dios la vendiga mucho.
