When I don’t feel like cooking I make my Grandma’s Famous TACOS DE PAPA & a ROASTED SALSA VERDE 

Happy Friday my beautiful family!!! Today I didn’t feel like cooking and these tacos are always my go to for this special occasion 😅 love you all so much hope you all stay safe and enjoy your weekend ❤ this meal always remember of my grandma because she always find a way to make her recipes special and always looked for different ways to level up her recipes 🥹 I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do tacos de papa can never go wrong any day!

When I don't feel like cooking, I make me a bowl of cereal. 😅

I completely understand! I make Cajun fried potato tacos. Cut your potatoes in tiny cubes and pan fry with peppers and onions, mushrooms if I have them and we eat them on flour tortillas with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa. One of our favorites!

When I don't feel like cooking I make the most delicious looking tacos and salsa from scratch! Love it!

I visited a franchise Mexican restaurant and order this dish. It was terrible didn't have any potatoes hardly in it. The waiter asked me if I like the dish, and of course my answer was where are the potatoes? The waiter did mention he would let the chef know about this, but it has not improved, the dish. You make it look so easy and I will make this myself. I ordered your cookbook and will order your second cookbook. Thank you.

My go to when I don’t “ want to cook” haha is also tacos de papa ….. But here is how I make them *4 good size potatoes boil/ soft * 1 lb ground beef * 1 evaporated milk * salt 🧂 & pepper And toppings just like urs ….

Authentic tacos de papa are made with less potato filling so you can put the lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa etc inside and are sooo delicious

Wow, that would have been about 2 hours of cooking and 40 pots, pans and utensils used. But sure, 15 minute meal.
