Today's training is gonna be 🔥. I got Tabata's workout for you with exercises specific to taekwondo.
Minor modification with no equipment:
1 ROUND: A skip
2 ROUND: squat lunge - front kick with right leg
3 ROUND: low skipping in place
4 ROUND: squat lunge - front kick with left leg
5 ROUND: squat - jump
6 ROUND: squat - spinning kick with front leg
7 ROUND: mountain climber (as in original but without step platform)
8 ROUND: two push-ups + back kick / (as in original but without step platform)
These taekwondo home exercises are mentioned for my taekwondo students. But I thought many people are cut off from their taekwondo gym because of covid-19. So if you suffer from home isolation, give a shot to this quick workout.
