I loved this video Jen...you did amazing on those trails!!! So brave!!! Those views were amazing! Stay well, safe and keep having fun, so impressed with you....can't wait for your next video!
Couple of things you should always wash your hair after sweating because the sweat can clog your pores and allow bacteria to grow on your scalp. Also never put food or utensils on a picnic table. I have seen some gross things put on those picnic tables such as the black tank (poop) hose from a camper.
Hi Jen! Swelling hands is totally normal in heat. Your blood vessels are expanding surface area to disseminate heat. Love seeing your training while on the road! It’s actually inspiring me towards doing something similar during the winter.
Thanks for sharing this video. I'm really enjoying your adventures. I've been watching this video for several days. I wish I had your bravery to travel alone and hike alone . Keep traveling and sharing these wondeful videos. Do you keep something with you for protection? not just from animals? Love your adventures. I've been watching you for years way before you had kids. You have blossomed into this wonderful woman with such a passion and energy for life. I really enjoy you. I watch you for stress relief.
I would love for you to enjoy staring into a campfire in the fire pit one of these trips. Totally safe❤️ You would love it. Love to you, from a Colorado girl
What beautiful views. We use to have a time share in June Lake. I Remember seeing that huge Lake on the way back. My Godparents use to live in South Lake Tahoe and lived with oldest son and his family. I wish I had visited them when they were alive. Thank you Jennifer for sharing🌲. My youngest daughter lives in Portland.…M♥️M of 5
Picaridin works really well sprayed on clothing too, I noticed you were just putting it on your skin but your bites were under clothing, you can also spray it on your clothes too! And for applying to skin, you can also spray it into your hands, then rub it on almost like a lotion, you'll get better coverage that way than just spraying.
I adore your travel vids. A note about wildlife - I live in Colorado and I hike a lot. Mountain lions are more present than you would think! But they usually stay hidden. I have seen one about 30 ft from a fairly populated trail. It was terrifying but super cool. He just laid in his rocks watching us. Listen to a few vids of their sounds just so you know what to listen for ❤
Great video! When you come back to enjoy the lakes please check out sand harbor. It’s some Of the clearest water you’ve ever seen. Fun lake day; paddle boarding, body surfing, water mat jumping, with a big snack shack. We live in SF and go all the time. Beautiful!
Hi 👋🏼 was wondering what kind of watch / device u are wearing. Also it’s called “hiker hands” blood flows to ur muscles, heart, lungs during hiking. Ur hands/ fingers are hanging low & not getting normal circulation
