Yes, it is useful. Thank you. I do a bit of qi gong because I have degenerative spine problems and osteoporosis going on. I should be able to do this and even learn some of the tai chi foot moves from this (classes move too fast and I can't afford anyway). I will put it on my go to list. I like it a lot!
