Feet breathing is how I did this I’ve never figured it out until then used to stand for hours in pain then I found feet breathing and wow electric energy in the body the ground is so powerful you feel full with real power then breath into the Ming men point and wait for the explosion of energy 😅 but really serious here without learning about how the Ming men chakra works with the feet to ground to neutralise to blow an opponent away from you then your just spinning your wheels you can do all the standing you want learn how to root all you will do is create major pain then the keens the feet the moment I learned feet breathing then learned to inhale into the ming men then I learned about the fun part of blowing someone off there feet all possible with the feet the ming men chakra this is really fun and so dangerous as the Ming men boosts your vitality your hormones testosterone can make you so agressive it’s unreal what that little gate actually does electric nervy from the ground into the lower dantian then from the lower dantian into ming men creates a wonderful surge of power you can also tap the Ming men gently to awaken the power on the inhale once you do this create a video and share if you have power in your lower dantian they say don’t worry about messing with Ming men it will activate on its own well after 4 years building power in my lower dantian it never activated when I started tapping it on the inhale then it activated and nearly blew me off my feet if you don’t activate and build power and it doesn’t activate sickness will set in

Don't try to tell any "Flat Earthers" BTW...only a suggestion. I can feel the Earth energy as well, and use it daily to stay wellness. Standing my "ground" is easy. Tai Chi practitioner learning MA as well in my later 60's...because my fitness has improved as well as balance in general, one legged standing is fun too, once I got the missing key...knowledge of the connective tissue of the human body and how to get it to respond to the energy or Chi...hands move it to where it's needed as if the planet was healing anyone who practices and breaths, exhaling, only makes the fascia respond faster...that's all. No mystery since this has been here since the planet has. We live on it's surface trying not to...fall. Tai teaches us how to walk upon the planet's surface, as if we were aliens trying not to fall down, ever. Possible...with grace...Tai Chi Chaun is life and better walking and everything...mental focus when we slow it way down...like during lockdown...gave me time to develop further and understand this Chi...free healing. Better than Obama or Trump care anyone would propose. You stand, relax and get focus as the body moves, almost naturally. If you try to move in a direction the fascia isn't going...good luck, you'll feel the pause, while it "negotiates" the right direction to bend your body...that's the positions...they put us in position for the field to get to vital areas and feels intuitive sometimes. Monkey brain has to quiet the mind from the world business and just go with the body's movement...and breathe, nasal, deep, hold, release and the pain just eases, if any and a feeling of...giddyness. I always moan as if having an O but it's the release of the tension that makes the body just feel renewed. Daily use just makes it more responsive, I've finding and soft touches...not hard at all...as if we were "talking" to our own connective tissue and if gave "permission" to move parts, stuck in time. Back to smoothness...body pains seem...manageable. First time ever in my lifetime........no drug ever did this...nor could. One expert maintained that Tai Chi Chuan...Qi, be used with knowing how to self release the fascia itself....keys rejoined over time itself, theoretically. Healing is the real gold here...managing it, ,takes hands with surgeon type precise control, so you don't accidentally cause pain elsewhere because you got sloppy with your "Aiming" apparatus...hands, positions taught in most classes..in other cases, it comes naturally, if you've even worked in health care as I did once...ER/Trauma...something awakened the healer in my timeline...awakening? Maybe...IDK..never visited a dojo either, in my entire life. Got curious to know Tai Chi, basic...got more than I'd imagined in self discipline and control of body movements. What'; Tiger, Monkey and another I'd figured out by watching vids after the fact...I didn't know any of this that I'm so easily being able to ID and also perform, once I got my fascia/connective tissue freed from most restrictions on my own dime. No PT's either...self teaching. Hope there's others out somewhere with similar stories...we all live on the same planet...different time zones, longitudes, latitudes as well...so who else? I didn't expect it, but it's good for me...I had moments of fright, when I would twirl while trying to reconcile what was going on...I was feeling Earth's actual spin, wobble and dance...first time ever aware this much and it was like experiencing a seismic event at one point...the planet seems to lean during this "cycle" it seems to be doing, unawares to most...constantly. So when a MA fighter throws Chi...could be they're just more aware of the gravity changes and strike, instinctively when the opponent seems not aware of the Earth's moving...time it right, you could pretend to knock them with a feather if you wanted. No contact, means you're using "Chi" to advantage...do it all the time now that body is fully awakened and "aware" of where I am now in this immense universe. Third planet from our sol event. Gravity...a concept most don't understand in scientific terms...most have math deficient educations so not expected to make sense here totally. Understandable. Went to USC on full ride. Science geek, not retired, still curious and active as can be...going for 120 is a project, maybe. Why not...it's only time, which E said was relative...maybe he was on to something too...wore no shoes either...so Albert was probably very "grounded" when he discovered his epic theories etc...rode bike with no socks, photos suggest. Didn't need his feet not able to touch the ground...theories are pretty grounded too...in history we all saw in 1945...Hiroshima and Nagasaki Japan. Big Boom...not had one since, fortunately...think Covid is bad...nuclear fallout will kill 100% of 100%...so there's things worse than having to wear your mask, silly humanity. Wow....deep.

Great read brother! Interesting points you touched on. Yes you are right there is great power in grounding like Albert Einstein. Being the conduit of the sun ☀️ and earth 🌎 maybe our shoes get in the way, I must practice barefoot in the morning 😇 thanks for the great ideas!

@@theinvertedprotagonist but you must follow the instruction here and practice it. Your feet are suction cups. They connect you to earth. Very important you know this. The earths energy and our ability to pull energy upward.
