Well, he's been practicing martial arts his whole life. He's in phenomenal shape and apparently has good genetics. But yeah, he's been taking care of his health.

I think he was really good especially in the Last dragon but then again maybe most of the characters he could do were mostly one dimensional (martial arts style) which Hollywood has kind of transcended over the years and he has a certain kind of honesty in his tone.. You can sense he finds happiness with how it is for him..I like his personality but hollywood is cutthroat...and sometimes for some its better if they leave it behind.

Amen I really looked up to her just a few months before she died. Someone told me I looked like her I randomly wondered what happened to her over the years and began looking her up watching her interviews and I related to her so much as a Christian to her story. I made a post on Facebook about her being a born again Christian and couldn’t stop watching her interviews 2 months later she died. I couldn’t believe it. I hope to meet her on the other side.

I'm glad she got saved and was able to live the rest of her years in peace as a regular person. It took the love of God to realize her worth, no man really loved the inner Denice, they loved Vanity.

I remember that year she gave her life to the Lord. It was on the cover of Jet magazine and I was telling everyone I knew about it. I went in hear her preach at a church in Memphis and afterwards she greeting everyone. She was "very nice" in person. I even ask her if she would speak on my college campus and she was nice enough to give me her "home" phone number in California. About 6 months later I called her home and the "maid" told me that "she was in the hospital...." Some time later I tried reaching her again and that was when I heard that she passed away. However, I'm glad she gave her life to Christ and is now rejoicing forevermore....

Okay, as much as, a Vanity fan I am being raised on her music, sexy, talented, and beautiful. Thinking about my father who died last year that just couldn't get over his crack addiction 😪. I discovered when people do not get the proper help for any mental illness they start self-medicating.
