Thanks for the video, really interesting, since you are there taking the video , kindly explain why the small bowl have "stained " it give the impression that the bowl hasn't been wash. Secondly , the fried fritter " 豆沙饼‘’ and You Tiao , why the oil so black, how regular do they change oil.

This is what we call stir cook kway tiaw 🤣. One more things, practice no hygiene at at all because the bowl step each other and they should aware that bottom of table are full of bacteria and pathogens.

The chicken rice stall and the pastries stall are so so to crap in LM Food court. Only the stall 63 fish ball kway teow is decent. In fact, there are 2 wantan mee stalls that are excellent as well as Ah Leng Char Kway teow. The mee rebus stall used to be great but it is totally crap nowadays

Cleanliness is of no concern to most because of our lackadaisical attitude. We need to keep raising the bar for these kinds of cowboy-cooks. Learn from Singapore where there are strict controls on food preparation. Food good and tasty… no matter it is cooked in a longkang or a smelly place.
