Like you, I'd never realized it's so laborious. Cheap and nutritious food. I like to cook together with Barley soup and add a little sugar. It's a nice desert soup. Unfortunately can't find any gingko nuts in the Philippines.
Now I understand why it's expensive in my part of the world. For home consumption its easy enough to do. Will try to DIY it myself. Thank you for uploading this video. ❤
