This video is a strawberry rose cake.
In fact, I ended up making the video twice. Isn't it slightly different from the thumbnail I posted on the community board yesterday?
In fact, when I tried to edit it, I found that some important parts had stopped recording.
So I went through a disaster that had to be remake in a hurry.
But I'm glad I finished almost the same.

So, I took another picture and uploaded it in the same style as the thumbnail that received the most votes.
This cake uses two types of whipped cream.
The cream decorated with roses is a strong and elastic cream made by mixing mascarpone and white chocolate and adding gelatin.
This cream is perfect for rose piping.
Since the cream is a bit heavy, I used almond Genoise sheet to support the cream.
It is also moist and the texture is very good. Please try making it.
