@@Sentient.A.I. hell my credits already got screwed by a preditory credit card practice at a bank, let it hit my credit idgaf, it'll be gone in 5 years anyway
Do the math. If everyone passes to the last guy on the crew and the proceeds are split equally...on a decent enough sized crew a $100 bonus could become over a thousand per person.
@@pootieheadroflmao easy math. 50x2ⁿ, where ⁿ=passes+1. 4 passes is 1600. What I want to know is the look on safety man's face when everyone decided Pablo should get it and tell Pablo to avoid the safety man at all costs. An average factory has about 250 workers, this isn't a factory but they have a main site similar to a factory. Let's assume they 100 employees- pablo. 50x2⁹⁹= over 30 OCTILLION. Pretty sure NOBODY gets that, pretty sure that is more than millions times more than the world GDP. Do you realize how quickly that budget would fail? Let's the the budget is 100k. The budget would be reached after just 10 passes. Exponential growth gets out of hand very quickly.
Amazing how you do this and keep the characters constant with their personalities you’ve developed for them. Good job brother. You truly have a talent. Idea, i think ricky should have some disastrous dating expenses that reflect todays dating environment. Just a thought.
...You really think the bossman isn't gonna go and conspire with all the other guys to double it around twice in a row and then split the money between all of them? Several hundred thousand bucks, and then they all split it evenly? Gotta be more than what they'd get individually.
Had me laughing that the Bossman was throwing shade at tool room tommy, and was also expecting Roscoe to say something about not wanting to give Ricky double the money 😆🤣🤷🏻♂️
Hell ya! I have done this once with paying for someone else’s food because the had a truck load of people in it and I felt great to help out, but you know that it was not passed on to the next person. The average person doesn’t think this way anymore it’s just all about how much they can get and fuck the next person.😢
The problem with this is they would only go for the double if they could control what order they got asked, 3 people know they going to be asked this back to back and discuss it the first 2 would double and the third would take because he would be getting 4x what the first guy got offered so if the 3 agree to split it the all get an extra 1/4 throw 1 more person in thats an 8x bonus split between 4 people, 5 people would be 16x, if they knew this was coming and organized it properly they would bankrupt the company after about 10 people sharing a 512x bonus
Even a $100 bonus, doubled ten times is $51,000. I would just get everyone to double it then divide it amongst the group. That a lot of beer and steak for Ricky lol
That is how we would have done it in the Army. You got to use the system against itself for max benefit. The Spec 4 Mafia was pretty organized, we could have made sure nobody took it , till it reached the right amount. That was one mob you did not want to cross.
The way the folks I work with think we would double it all the way through then split it even in the end. Got to hit the company pockets for as much as you can.
Man, imagine if they found out about this before it happened. Plan it out, keep on doubling it, split it up at the end, and everyone actually gets a goddamn bonus like they should. Yeah, that wouldn't work. I'd just take it.
Shame they couldn't all agree to hold off until the last person got the bonus and then split it. Doubling it each time is a lot more than their individual bonuses put together. But I know not one of them would dare risk it 😂
Love this video and it also really does show off what companies will do to try and not treat their workers fairly. Hell I'm working as a CNA for a home health care company and they are just paying me $12 an hour and rather then fair insensitive for not calling out they just put our names in a raffle for a gift basket or something else stupid. Not to mention when they give out gas card...they have chosen the most expensive gassation to get cards from in my area.
My wife does that job and she is one of the highest paid cna's there. She is only making $9.50 hr. There is no raffles, gas cards or any other extra incentives to show up. They didn't even get the hazard pay that the government gave out for working through the pandemic. That pay was split up between the rn's who worked in the office, who were, by the way, working from home during that time.
Lol I love your videos, they're fkn hilarious. I learned how to weld by a guy that if he gained about 50 pounds you'd mistake him for Roscoe, may even be his age too!
Id take the bonus check any day. It don't matter to me if I'm the first person you offer it to or the last... Screw everybody else I'm in the workforce for the money and I'll take every cent I can get...
I felt that when Roscoe said that if the bonus check wasn't gonna be enough to fill his tank, then to go ahead and get calling them anyways hahahahahahaha fuck me I lost it
The big brain move since it's compounding is double it pass it to the next person and that last person splits it and everyone get more. I haven't finished watching yet FYI 🧠🤯 so let's see where this goes .
Everyone knows how it works... If even one guy would pass on the bonus, that money would go to someone in the office. And I don't mean a secretary. To one of the guys with a comfy chairs who complains that all he ever does is take clients out for lunch, golf with clients, or have watch every home professional football game from the company skybox with clients. I mean he had to pay his own money to gas up once in the 90s, he needs all the help he can get.
Lmao. Bossman said "yeah you should keep trying it!" 😂 These are my kind of people, this is why i appreciate construction workers. Yall know how to live, and not only that the humor y'all have is up to speed with mine!
as much fun as it might be to think that way, it means that the first person in that sequence who ISN'T generous gets the money. not exactly the type of person you want to give the money to when you can just get a bonus instead. even if I wanted to give someone my money I'd just take the bonus and then hand it to them directly, less chance of them missing out because the person before them decided to take the life changing amount of money.
A construction job site is the worst place to try one of those stunts 🤣🤣 no body is going to give someone else a chance to get ahead, especially a sparky 🤣🤣
Ain't that the truth where everybody works after you work after a while of working at one place you end up despising everybody. Nobody would double nothing at my job they would straight up take it every single time
I turn down tips from customers all the time. I ask they make a donation to St.Jude or CHKD the next time they have a chance. Who knows if they do though!
If this was 2.5 years ago and people weren't rolling the pocket change for gas and food. I believe the pay it forward.. Now grandparents are having to become OGs in the supermarkets against others just to eat
The trick is: get everyone on board, keep doubling. If there's no caveats, then 1x2x2x2x2x2x2 etc then split it. Everyone gets at least a 1.8x bonus check. If one person breaks the chain, they'll be dead so it gets split anyway. The problem is, you either don't pay enough regularly (gas light moment), or there's negative trust. So someone's going to die. It's more efficient to ID who'll break the chain, get in their good graces, let them make the mistake and will you, or just opt out 100%.
It would be cheaper to double the bonus for everybody than everybody pass out around and double it each time... the math of 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2 etc (16 shown) is different than the math for 1x2x2x2x2x2x2x2 etc (128 shown), and the example math just covers 8 people. Unintentionally you could further multiply the doubled bonus by 8 before matching the cost of everybody passing it around. A bonus 16 times bigger than the "surprise bonus" would certainly have a bigger impact than some people's income tax refund, assuming a "surprise bonus" of $250 if splitting the money evenly instead of assuming 8 people will pass it along would turn into $4000. If we're talking a crew of 30... that would be significantly closer to $18 Million each, and given how most people would react cut the checks then shut down for a few months to give everybody some vacation time until all the checks dry up and they come back looking for a job again.
But look how many people come out with jumper cables if you have a problem at the end of a long day. Working people take care of each other...but if some cash is involved it's every man for himself
Now what you do is get a cpl "friends" / co workers to pass it to the next one so it gets doubled, and once it's doubled 4 or 5 times then that last "Friend" takes it and splits it between each other. 20-30k+ between a couple people. Beers are on me tonight fellas 🤣
This idea was never going to work because there's nothing in it for who passes. If it was something like, "you get half, but who you pass it to gets double" then maybe, just maybe, people would take it
