This includes fires made by you fire arrows. Thus, with precisionm, practice, and enough stamina food, you can fly "forever."

Fun fact, the Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, and Link to the Past armor sets you get from their respective amiibo all have the same bonus of the Master Sword Beam Up. The only variation of Link's outfit that gives you something differant is the Majora's Mask set, and tbh it is the best Zelda game.
Sailor Mewni in honestly it should have been it's own amiibo(tho then people will complain abot not having a Zora Goron or a Deku Link Amiibo and the sword will be hard to sculpture)
Remember, OoT Link and MM Link are the same incarnation of him. They had to have the amiibo give differant sets, and I don't think adult Link with no pants would have went over well, so I think they made the best choice giving the set they did.
Ah, Revali. I love him dearly- I just seem to gravitate towards characters with an ego and rivalry with another character. Semi-antagonistic qualities are my jam. His English voice actor was also pretty active with the Zelda fandom last I checked- he truly embraced the character and it's amazing.
You've definitely beaten Twilight Princess because you've mentioned Midna's true form which is something you only see in the final cutscene of the game. Your memory is just shotty.
To be fair, Midna mentions early on in the game that her imp form isn't her true form, if I recall correctly. I haven't played Twilight Princess in a while though, so don't quote me on that.

I know Mipha is just messing with Link, because she is just oh so jealous of almost every single girl hitting on Link. Also as a side note, Nico should LP both of the Xenoblade Chronicles games (X doesn't count!).
This Divine Beast arc definitely has the most divisive character in the game - TEBA! He says "dammit" once if you talk to him after entering the Divine Beast but before clearing it. And nobody remembers him in general. Okay enough joshing, we all know the real divisive character is -Falco- -Personally I prefer the air- Revali. A lot of people don't like his overly cocky attitude and his one-sided rivalry with Link. I personally found it kinda funny, but I can kinda see why people feel the way they do. I think part of the reason I didn't mind it very much is because he ended up being the only Champion with actual character depth in the base game (I haven't played any of the DLC and probably never will at this point because I don't think I will ever feel like playing this game again tbh). Mipha is just quiet nice girl waifu bait (fight me), Daruk is generic as all hell, and Urbosa isn't any better in that regard (seriously I don't feel like I remember ANYTHING about Urbosa and I didn't play this game that long ago). Revali actually has this slightly interesting conflict where he feels like he needs to be the best, so he like tries to one-up Link and show off all the ways that he's better than Link, and then in the end he has to deal with the fact that he is not in fact better than Link and that Link has done all these things he can't do. It's nothing revolutionary but it's a lot better than any of the other Champions (at least in the base game). Divine Beast Vah Medoh seems to be considered the second Divine Beast in the "default" order (based mostly on the order the powers appear in the menu, as well as by their relative difficulties). I'd argue that Vah Medoh may be even easier than Vah Ruta, though (it is interestingly enough the only Divine Beast that can be cleared without ever getting the map, at least as far as we know). Though it certainly feels like the middle child in terms of how much effort the developers put into it - I really felt like they kinda phoned it in in this one. Vah Ruta had you journey through endless rain, steal Shock Arrows from a Lynel, and then get carried by Sidon to waterfalls so you can swim up them and shoot the beast. Vah Rudania had you trek through the fires of Death Mountain, rescue Yunobo from an enemy-infested mine, and then sneak past sentries in order to attack the beast using cannons. Vah Medoh has you... walk through temperate climates to Rito Village, shoot arrows at ridiculously easy targets, and then the only kinda cool part is that you're fighting it in the air. I don't even feel like the mechanics of the battle worked that well - Teba says he's supposed to distract the lasers, but it's insanely inconsistent, especially if you are gonna get close enough to consistently hit the cannons. The actual dungeon is alright, I guess, and so is the boss. As far as I can tell, Windblight Ganon is the only Blight Ganon that doesn't have some sort of skill that can be countered using a Shiekah Slate rune. He has an interesting second phase gimmick where he redirects his shots, but as seen in this video you can just spam arrows in his eye and go the whole fight without ever seeing his real attacks, like pretty much every boss in this game. If it feels like I'm being a bit harsh in my analysis of this general Divine Beast arc, it's probably because I am. I think Vah Medoh kinda embodies the general things that made me just stop playing this game. It's there, but it is not at all interesting, which as I eventually realized is how I felt about so many things in this game. I realized eventually that I was really just doing the same things again and again and again in this game, just in places with a different coat of skin, and I think Vah Medoh, which has no interesting twists to it, is the Divine Beast where this was the most apparent. Though it is far from the most bland portion of this game (there aren't enough Divine Beasts for them to outstay their welcome, unlike what feels like pretty much everything else in this game), I guess it's ended up almost feeling like a symbol of those portions of the game to me, which is probably why I'm perhaps a bit harsh towards it. At least the rewards you get from it are pretty good. Revali's Gale is not flashy and not super useful in combat like the other Champion abilities, which I think leads to it perhaps being undervalued at times, but I personally feel like it is one of the most useful Champion skills in the game, perhaps even the most useful one at times. Revali's Gale is a skill that helps with movement and exploration, and since so much of this game is movement and exploration that's a real big aid - it sends you ridiculously high, which is valuable for helping you reach high places, even if you've already maxed your stamina. You also get the Great Eagle Bow which, unlike a lot of Champion equipment, is actually one of the strongest bows in the game - the only bow I can think of that might be stronger is the one used by the strongest Lynels - you know, those things that can easily stomp new players to death - and I think that might only be if you get one with bonuses too. Unlike Mipha's rather weak spear, this was actually a weapon I used till the end of the game.
The music that plays in Rito village is a remix of Dragon Roost Island from Wind Waker and it is absolutely divine. As somebody who grew up with Wind Waker that music hits me right in the soft spot. Although it's a bit of a shame how quick and unceremonious this Divine Beast is by comparison to the others.
Honestly if you're going to play another Zelda game after this one, Ocarina of Time is probably the best place to start. That game explains a lot of the lore and acts as a really good jumping off point for the rest of the series since many of the other games take from what is established in Ocarina. Also you can't play Majora's Mask until you play Ocarina because that's the only direct sequel to Ocarina of Time and it plays off of and subverts a lot of the elements of that game and honestly that's probably the Zelda game I want to see you play the most. The only other game I think you could play is A Link Between Worlds since you've already played A Link to the Past.
Ok I am personally not that much into Zelda but I played both OOT and Majoras Mask and I see no reason why you need to play OOT first. Literally what did you need to know from OOT that is even slightly importent to Majoras Masks plot?
Well for one There are elements of ocarina of time like the ocarina itself or link being a child, or the importance of the once nice skullkid and happy mask salesman but those are really minor (even though they do spoil aspects of Ocarina of Time). The real reason is that Majora's Mask is a subversive piece to Ocarina of Time. Most of what happens in Majora's is in deliberate contrast to the more typical zelda story. Ocarina being the quintessential (and original) example. Things like link not being destined for greatness, the very real threat presented by the moon over the nebulous threat of ganon winning, the lives and positions of all the people being drastically different to the point were former enemies are friendly and those who were minor NPCs are now major antagonists, the bigger focus on the people dealing with said threat instead of the focus being on the major plot, The three day system actively destroying the sense of progression present in ocarina of time by undoing everything on a fresh cycle. You miss out on the feeling of foreignness and unsettling contrast if you don't have the context of Ocarina. All that adds to the experience, we would basically miss all of Nico's reactions to the changes if he plays Majora's Mask first, which would be a huge shame.
Honestly I never had the feeling that the 3 Day cycle destroys the sense of progression at all. I mean its really all about the Items that stay in your inventory and the songs you learn. Fore example. If you have to restard the 3 day cycle while working on a dungeon but already know the song to get in and managed to grab the Dungeon Item than its not really that much of a big deal. I mean you have to do some things multiple times but you pretty much there where you stooped in no time. And once you finish a dungeon than it pretty much does not matter if it gets resetted because you got the mask from the giant you saved. Also the only things you loose when you restart a cycle are things like arrows and bombs. Stuff that pretty much lies around and if you really need it you can buy some. Conveniently there is this bank that carys over your money to the next cycle. Though I have to mention I always use the song of Chronos to get twice as much time fore each cycle. What I like about the 3 day cycle is that you have a time limit, but you are not really have a time limit because you have almost complete control over time. You can rewind it, slow it down ore move fast forward. I can take me as much time as I want. What I personally found interesting is that you get all these rewards fore helping people knowing very well that your good deeds will be undone once the next cycle starts. So you get rewards fore helping people knowing that you don’t really help them.
I mean that literally in that your actions are literally undone with the only thing retained being your equipment. The world never progresses past the point where you save them because of the 3 day cycle, which is different from Ocarina of time where there is a definite feeling that your actions are improving the world bit by bit (like with the gorons returning to their city after being saved or kokiri forest being rid of monsters). All you're ever doing in Majora's Mask is inching closer and closer with each reset to actually solving the problem at hand.

*Zelda Densetsu no Tips:* Kilton appears in a specific area near most of the towns at night. He doesn't move around even though the game makes you think he does. He's like beetle in that it only looks like he's travelling from place to place. He'll actually consistently appear in the same place no matter what. You can actually pull out your bow whilst shield surfing. This even extends to when you're surfing with a sand seal. So if you're surfing and want to attack some enemies that's the way to do it. Revali's Gale is the fastest Champion Ability to recharge, so feel free to abuse it. It's also probably the single most useful one simply for how easy it makes getting around (It was actually the first ability I went for on my current Master Mode Playthrough). _Feel free to reply with your own tips, I'll add them to this big comment._
You don't have to go all the way to the final boss, but Hyrule Castle is full of some awesome stuff, so you would benefit a lot from spending some time exploring it mid-game.

I would love to see Nico take on TP and OoT. Ocarina of Time was one of the first "complex" games other than Pokémon Red that I beat when I was a kid. It got me interested in trying different genres of games.
I think it's fine for him to do TP even though he's forgotten about the game and it's not fully blind, he might see familiar stuff saying "Oh yeah this happens!" instead of "Oh I know what is gonna come up next" since he don't remember the game at all. I'm fine with any Zelda games he plays. I actually would like to see Windwaker though
To those zelda fans out there, if you listen really closely to the rito village music you can hear “dragon roost island” from wind waker slightly slowed down.
The skill you got here is extremely good for xploration Nico. When used together with stasis traveling trick you can summon the gust to keep the height, tho it's abit hard to utilize. When used normally it's very good to fly over gaps and help climbing towers much faster. It's also the fastest cooldown champion ability in the game.
Nico had 100% my experience with that cliffside. God I was looking around for that tower forever and I only saw Lynels and Farosh who just doesn't seem to like staying in his own region.
NicoB, there's a fan fact about Revali's voice actor. In Danganronpa he's the English voice actor for Ishimaru and in Persona 5 he's Mishima. He actually voices multiple characters in this game such as The Great Deku Tree and Teba.
I fucking LOVE Revali! Best ability, coolest design/voice, and you actually see some character growth from him, despite the limited amount of storytelling. Though, honestly, it's mostly the character design.
You know i actually would like Nico to play skyrim, since there so many choices of things to do in that game, it would be really interesting and funny to see what decisions he would make, i just know that he would gain so much power and SLAY A WHOLE VILLAGE OF PEOPLE MWAHAHA!
Nico! Some cool things to know! First, octorocks can clean those rusty weapons and shields if you drop them and it sucks the weapon/shield up. Watch for blowback though! Second, lizalfos have a particular weakness when sneaking up on them. Despite their eyes, they actually cant see under their chins. It can be pretty funny to see them try to see you when your hair is pretty much tickling their chins. Third, want a car? Well, you have all you need to make one! Just go to the Gorons, "borrow" a mine cart, take it to the fields, use an amiibo to make a metal crate, jam it in the bomb slot, then magnesis it to driving glory! Bernie horse is gonna be jealous. Finally, meats are great at sneaking up on stupid bokoblins. They see it and get hungry, like we all do when we see some nice steak! But if that steak were to suddenly freeze, these guys (like us) would get very frustrated when we try to eat it. If it were on fire though... Well, that's another story! Thanks for reading Nico and all! I'm gonna try and find more fun for you to do!
