Awesome trucks! Love my 2019 P4X and my dad adores his 2024 P4X. I’m more than a little jealous but I’m enjoying the no payment life. Beautiful trucks though fellas.
Nice trucks. Thx for posting. I used to own 05 Frontier until the dreaded trans cooler failure to ruin the tranny issue. I’m sure they’ve improve things. I now have ( love) 1st genTundra 4x4 access cab. Just the right size. V8, 6 ft bed slight lift. Works for me. Take care and enjoy life. BTW, moving to central Florida from NorCal
@@4wdAdventurz True, but she was a tough little truck. Kinda doing my homework on a '24 Hardbody. Just wish it could a single cab. I've got that 1990's nostalgia bug.
@@4wdAdventurz TFLtruck posted about it it's a lwb frontier lol. Maybe they will put a V8 from the titan in it lol. Talk about hopes and dreams if they did that lol
Id like to see the pro4x doing this stuff in 4lo without the locker on and with it to see how well the abls works on this stuff. It should get over all of this as long as it's not hangin up. I think you're going to have to trim some more on yours.
@@4wdAdventurzother than a little trimming you got all that. I'm curious how much it would help you not having that front sway bar. I took mine out but I'm not swaying six inches in the air either so I don't know. On the highway it smooths things out a bit too.
That’s a good question. I honestly don’t know. Sometimes it’s really loud and sometimes it doesn’t squeak at all. 🤷🏼♂️ I think it has something to do with dirt or mud or sand that gets into the springs and into the bushings?
Has he had any issues with leaking with the shell? I'm thinking about getting one for mine, I currently have a tonneau cover now but have issues with leaking.
I have had many toppers on trucks. I only had one leak and that was from the installers not doing a good job on the sealing tape when mounted. I love having a topper as it keeps your stuff from walking off. :^) Also, if you have the wife with and she is buying furniture or something big it keeps the rain off. Also camped in it with wife during the big solar eclipse a few years back. All the hotels were booked but we stayed at a family members. Kids in tents and us in the truck with a inflatable mattress designed for truck beds. Was comfy other than having to get up in the middle of the night to help wife with tailgate during potty breaks. LoL. My advice is to get a Leer topper. You pay more but the quality of the topper and rear windows is much better. Many LineX dealers also sell them so you can get a truck bedlined and topper installed at the same place (once the bedliner has had a few days to dry out).
depends on what size and type of lift you want to go with. The range from a 2 1/2 inch spacer lift for roughly $150 all the way up to a long travel suspension lift for 2500+ dollars. I have the rough country 6 inch on mine was about $1500.
awesome man. I have been watching your vids not realizing you were right by me. I just got a frontier and I'm completely new to trucks. Been trying to figure out what to do first for it and meet people who take the trails around here. @@4wdAdventurz
