Prepared by the Teaching of Trial and Appellate Advocacy Committee, this series of videos deals with the practical realities that conform every interrogator and defender. The series of video vignettes are lifelike deposition excerpts, followed by commentary from participating Fellows, as well as series of panel discussions on various deposition topics.
The videos are divided into two categories: DEPOSITION DISCUSSION VIDEOS (P1) and MOCK DEMONSTRATION VIDEOS (P2). The Discussion Only Videos are best utilized for training young litigators when an experienced litigator guides the discussion on a start-stop playback basis rather than simply playing such videos from start to finish.
