This is pretty good! Thanks for sharing. It would be helpful for me to also clearly DEFINE the peaks and the stable parts of any responsibility. In a way, it creates a sense of urgency to get to that stable, less intensive part ASAP so that I don't feel overwhelmed. It also alleviates the sense of overwhelm because you can clearly see that the peak will not be forever (even though it can sometimes feel that way). I've been avoiding taking on new clients because of that feeling so this helps a lot.

That's a great insight - reflecting on how many activities fit in the peak vs tamed buckets would be a good habit to maintain over time.

I love that video - James makes it really clear and memorable with the airplane analogy. I think that's something I can do better in future videos - making the key message memorable with a concise analogy. I guess that's why he's got 17k subs ;) Thanks for sharing!
