I want to know how to get the bottom case off so I can clean the purge unit and pads...I was disappointed you stopped before showing this.

This was great, but you didn't talk show nearly enough about the waste ink sponges and purge unit area. My print head always stops before it gets to right side in its resting area. Can you direct me to a video that demonstrates how to repair replace parts regarding this issue?

Hello, where is located the sponge into this printer? I mean the sponge to absorb the ink

It's in the back of the printer in a white plastic encasement.

11 later but, no it's not. Its at the bottom of the printer, you're gonn have to remove the entire inner body to replace/clean those!
