Adam does some crazy monkey shit, pretty sweet. He climbs up the stage and hangs upside down from his legs off the top. Makes for a pretty good live show.
So true...I think about that every time I hear emo...tbs, Silverstein, senses fail, Hawthorne heights, funeral for a friend, chiodos...I went to as many warped tours as possible, and they where amazing.
As an old guy looking back now, it feels like this wave was the last gasps of authentic rock and roll. The energy, this type of performance, the breakdowns, timeless songs and hooks. Remember it all so fondly.
I definitely agree. Social media knocked out the necessity of niches and sub-cultures in society. As far as any rock movements, what happened since that was authentic? Nothing. It's all generic now. Young kids aren't picking up instruments now either. This does seem like the last wave of something original and authentic. Everything now is a reprisal of something old and has been.
@@whyyes6428 "Old Man thinks his generation of music is better than modern music" sub-cultures still exist dude you are just getting older and you don't know about all the new shit going on, that is just how getting older works.
You and all the others agreeing are looking at this to reminisce instead of looking for new artists, OF COURSE YOU WOULDN’T SEE SOMETHING NICHE. Its not something youre actively looking for, its not something advertised to you. Let alone advertised at all. Check out Upchuck - Our Skin and @hate5six
Man I love TBS but this is such a bad take lol. There are definitely good artists out there today, and if anything more kids are playing instruments because it is easier and cheaper than ever to get equipment and get access to tutorials. You sound like my grandpa.
I was at the Toronto (Barrie) stop of this very tour and he did this there too... which begs the question: how many times did he do this?! crazy asshole haha
This show was at Gillette on my birthday and our ride left us but we played wiffle ball with a lyman says stage group and got to go to the private bands only cookout and met everyone and these guys were amazingly chill
I remember when the emo thing kind of took over, then it leaked into warped tour and then in like 2006-2008 there was a wave of bands bringing back PUNK ROCK. Now those were good days.
I was like 10 when they performed this and my older brothers were blaring this after they saw it live and I’m like whoah bitch this goes hard af😂now all these years later I’ll play this w people who’ve never heard it and I’m waiting for the day someone knows them and just starts singing it w me 😂love that I have a memory of it! Kinda grew up at the tail end of it so I can thank my brothers for giving me these bands and eventually I branched our and found some other faves! Loved this era!
I just went to see them in October last year. Unfortunately they’re washed up now and Adam doesn’t sound like this anymore. They don’t carry this energy anymore either. I guess it’s to be expected after all these years. How I wish I could’ve gone to see them back them in their prime. It looked so epic 🙌
Saw them a month or so ago. I actually thought the other 3 guys were tight as hell, but Adam was blasted on something, which he's been nearly every time I've seen them.
I saw them literally a couple hours ago in California. My friend and I kept talking about how Adam looked and acted like he was in something. They definitely didn’t sound like this . Still loved them though
dude he's so cool! great singer/performer, same as the rest of this awesome band! TBS rocks balls... They've got the best stage precence (presants haha). They're great.... They are legands
I always come back to this to see my friend greg..this was Gillette stadium warped tour 2005- amazing time. Best warped tour I ever went to. SOTY also had a great set..underoath and the early november still on the tiny stages..nfg and tbs and coheed main stage..only issue was coheed started early and basically ruined paramores last two songs on the side small stage. Asses.
*faints* i have a picture of adam doing that, not i know how it happened lol. man i wish i was there!! love them, all of them. =) i though he was going to fall! lol
someone on youtube put it best for me. johns the original, therefore he trumps all. fazzi had the most raw talent, watch live from orensanz, so good. fred was the best fit. during the louder now touring when he took on his on voice fully in the band.
john was the best in my opinion even my favorite song from where you want to be was written before john left...but to be completely honest the only albums i really like by them are their first two
@CristenCouture ...You've never heard live bands, have you? Go watch, Blink 182, Sum 41, Green Day or any other band live. Doesn't quite sound this bad but this is warped tour and he spends half the performance upside down.
He had the cable around his throat. Just think that this stunt could've made headlines around the world if the cable had been wrapped once around the pole up there. weird...
