Hello and thank you for visiting our beautiful city of Antalya. Yeah sure, the weather might be rainy & cozy, and almost all the signs are in english, and seagull shaped turkish gangsters block the road on your way to the restaurant. But I’myellingya we do kinda have nice kebabs, don’t we?
Theres nothing to apologise for Middlesbrough..there's many good people there ,including my brother,(Redcar, actually)and it's surely among the top places in terms of situation ..from an ancient loiner(Leeds)
@@PK-yf3hd Oh absolutely. No offense was intended. And although I have some british relatives and lived in the U.K for about a year when I was a child, I really have fond memories of Manchester. And Liverpool was the city that I actually had managed to sneak to as a kid. We were on a school visit there and it was mesmerizing!! I had to go back there! And even for little kid; it was about %120 safe back then, and bustling with activity (I’m close to 40 years old now). Needless to say; when I finally had made it back home after the end of a long and astonishing day, my parents & relatives had called the police and things were kinda ”hot” in Manchester when arrived. My more recent visits to England on shorter holidays to hang out with family & friends also were very pleasent. And I don’t want to write a longer essay here but humbly in my opinion; the foodie experience in U.K always have been mouth watering. Though I never been to Middlesbrough, it looks like my kinda place and as always; the british over there seem like a sociable lot (in a very good way). Cheers! :)
Antalya is the most important tourism region of Turkey. It has a very beautiful city and sea. Danny, you should definitely have a holiday in Antalya. 😊
I moved out of London over 10 years ago. Still to this day the best kebabs were Best Mangal, in West Ken. The kebab wheel was just a stack of lamb chops, the salad was all flat leaf parsley and tomato and the bread was homemade flat bread. Ther were two of them but the one by West Ken tube station was the only one I knew. The windows were just covered by newspaper reviews. :)
@@harmoniefaerielove Good to hear. Someone said here said it'd closed. Just fantastic food! I miss it a lot. Not jsut that, I miss North End Road Market. Nothing like that here, in Edinburgh.
Oh no!! I'm a Neighbourhood warden for Middlesbrough. Where you have parked is a private carpark, the fella fines people a fortune for parking there. 🤦🏼
Everytime i have a job in Boro i went here for a shwarma wrap.. it never misses. Great value and great taste, you knows its good as its always bustling.
If your looking for some good food, I’d recommend Bandito Burrito in Windermere, the Lake District, they’ve got burritos, Mac and cheese, Quesadillas and burrito bowls 😊
Looks like every other town and City in the UK. There's great spots in Middlesbrough and the North East and some not so great. And some just don't visit. Just like everywhere else.
Got to come to derby, haroons is the best for pizza, and tikka kebab!! Need to get your expertise review on desi style pizza!! It's best pizza you'll ever taste, hope to see you down the midlands and rating the best take in England!!
Ps..I'm curious to know if you notify the shops beforehand. Surely some places have asked you not to film and objected to sitting directly outside? I also assumed that blocking a foot path like that would be classed as an obstruction? Just curious.
The portions you get in England are massive compared to here. I don't even bother with take out food because it's too expensive, not good and too small.
It's pretty repetitive. 1) Order some stuff 2) Sit down and try it 3) Say either "Oh my days" and/or "Spot on" 4) Give the place a rating between 8.5 and 10 That's it. Every time.
