I use the rack that the pack comes with as well, I found it to be a bit too flexible and wobbly where it hangs over the back, so I covered some 1 x 0.5 inch wood with black duct tape and zip tied it to the underside of the rack. It works well and makes it rigid without adding too weight, and looks good being black ( i guess you could paint it rather than tape).

Back in 2005, Honda used to make the Big Ruckus. It was a 300cc and did not have plastic. They only sold in America for a year or two. That would be perfect for you, but it would probably be too old now for heavy use.

Another great video my boii!! We both have the same scoot and setup. So far I’m loving your v-set 140pro. Nobody in my town has a better set up than the one you invented. I’m about to leave my 6 month review with some suggestions on upgrades. Also you can buy all the covers black from partszilla. I believe it start from $40 each depending which cover you buy.

those thinner packir racks will start to break apart eventually if they take all of the weight. Not sure about the partial set up but I'd keep an eye on it. Non Playable Character. lol. I don't even like video games.

Ok, I have no idea why my comment isnt going thru tried so many times but it gets auto removed. lol sorry for late response. Dont waste your money, just change the oil, clean oil screen with brake cleaner. adjust your throttle freeplay. if its running good no need to take it in. keep changing oil every 3-4k miles. you can use 10w-40 and not 10w-30 if u think it gets close to 104 in the summer.

You probably got update software on the capuride iam pretty sure, eventually if you don't update software it will stop working, u just have to plug it into a laptop or go to settings and check software update see if a new one is available just like in a phone I sprayed my rack and paint didn't stick goid at all, might need powder coated Also for visibility at night i got these orange and reflective silver bands that are elastic and you can easily put them on and off ,but at night you can put them in bottom of your pant legs and on your arms make a big difference along with the vest

Do you know anyone who can wrap it it shouldn't cost too much and they have tools to remove the panels correctly. Also they have been doing crazy stuff dipping it in a film..
