Prices for manual r8 v8s on autotrader and In general following the market for years has stayed very same around 35 to 40k for a proper good one even with higher miles your looking at 30 plus k minimum I’ve seen some shocking examples that were advertised with low mileage and the higher miles some were fantastic as re performance says a cheap r8 could need easy 10k work

Wow those offers seem really low. The cheapest one you can get in Canada is like $70,000.00 which is around 42k gbp

WhenI sold a car to them last year that was in my ownership for less than four months I had to provide proof of purchase but they still bought it. The car has to have been purchased from a ‘recognised dealer’ and not an auction house etc. so maybe that was actually your problem rather than it being purely down to having owned the car for less than 4 months.

We buy any car are the biggest con ever! They will knock your right down...i had a 2006 subaru wrx 2.5 with PPP... I paid £6,999 I had it for 1.5 years then decided to sell... WBAC is Clapham Junction offered me £2000 70k their excuse was there's a few stone chips here and there... The sales guy was very persistent thinking he was grabbing a bargain... I obviously said no, he said it would take a year to my car at a higher price... I sold it 3 wekks later for £4,900 and the trader came from Manchester to collect and test drive. Will never consider WBAC again. 😤

Re OBD11. Activating mirror dip on VAG cars requires the mirror to have memory function (hardware) so it’s unlikely to work on a car that doesn’t have mirror dip as an existing feature.

Part x they offer more because they make more when they sell yours for a profit and they sell there's for a profit so part x is a con in a way..plus these guys are sharp..its why selling privatly is always the best cash return

We buy any car will offer you more eventually, I said no to them when they offered 2k for my old car (I had only gone to see what I would get) I now get monthly emails asking me if I’m still selling.. 7 months in and my car is now worth £4273 (i don’t have the car any more as I part ex’d it) but it shows we buy any car isn’t very good

@Chris Slix The Cheapest R8 4.2 Manual is currently 53.000€ (WITH PROBLEMS) in Germany from private sellers. Not even talking about dealerships. The chepeast costs 33.000€ with a Broken Engine. Its absolutely insane how cheap those are in England. You should get that car into Germany and sell it for at least 45.000€ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get it shipped to Germany, which may cost 2K € and you will get converted 39.000 Pounds GBP ! 100% with ease, because like i said the cheapest ones which start at 45.000€ have problems such as broken catalytic converters, ABS/ESP Malfunction, Rust or are horrible full rebuilds from car crashes.
