Thanks Jonathan, I tried this method with my young mare last night...it did help. Going out to play with her again tonight!!! I was SO inspired after seeing you at the mane event in Red Deer working with Hal and Cam!!!

I'm wondering how much people know about horse breeds.. Arabians were bred to constantly look out for the enemy, Just like this horse is doing. Every breed has a specific purpose, and the cruelest thing to do to a horse is to try force a discipline on it that's foreign to it's breeds characteristics. I dearly love Arabians, but I'll be the first to say they don't excel at most equine disciplines and sports. And they don't have to, they weren't bred for that. I know, I'm an Arab myself. ❤
