I love people who aren’t particularly attractive at first glance, but once you look at them a little closer they’re gorgeous. I feel like this really brought that idea out.

I swear to god the portrait with the guy smoking is so amazing. the way the smoke goes over his eye, his nails, the way his fingers are bent the whole aesthetic is amazing.

I've been a photographer for a long time, and a long time ago I realized how inappropriate it sounds to use the word shoot when talking with people who aren't photographers. Now I always consciously use the word photograph in place of shoot.
The best picture for me are = 1. The man with camera. 2. The Tokyo girl. 3. The guy with the hairband while he's smoking. 4. The guy who get shots together with his friend. 5. The girl who's sitting on a bench :).
Jig Saw I used “was” to reply to the sentence, or else it wouldn’t have made sense. Yes everyone is beautiful but this girl that commented this only said the “Tokyo” girl was beautiful, which she was but I disagree because she wasn’t the only beautiful one.
If the security team really didn't like it, they could consider the act as loitering and can therefore kick you out even if you're not doing anything specifically wrong

I cried when she showed the picture that's also in the thumbnail. Maybe because after so many rejections they found such a beautiful, unique looking model, it really made me emotional.
9:16 this one got me. I mean there were a lot of really good ones, but this one is superb. The light around her, the colours (post, I guess ;) ), the pose, the attitude. Just very very good.
as a photographer myself, when ppl say, "shooting strangers," my mind always goes to "taking pictures" but then i scroll down in the comments and i'm like..."wow, i never realised that double meaning but what am i supposed to shoot you with? my dslr?"

RatchetGaming People who wear contacts know what they look like when someone else wears them. I’m guessing because the pupil hole was quite large (contacts have to have a big pupil hole so the eyes can adjust in dark places without getting a blurred vision)
JessicaKnows but u need to be a great photographer too!! know the angles of the people you taken pictures for, be creative, the light, etc. its really really amazing.
It all looked so ordinary and the street looked dirty but the moment you showed the end result photo everyone looked like professional models/celebrities having a shoot at some pretty, edgy street or something. Great video! Daym what a blessing I've never had so many likes!! Thank you guys :)
I ask my friends if they can pose for me and they refuse...Usually they say they don't look nice and soo...I keep telling them they look nice and they shouldn't think of themselves that way but they are very shy...I took few photos of my sister and I totally loved it but every photo I took she kept saying: "I am not photogenic at all, look at my face omg..." and such stuff...I wish I had friends that wanted me to take photo of them!
