Tip for your frozen coffees: if you mind the ice melting and making your coffee too watery, you can find online some plastic ice cubes that are filled with water that you put in your freezer, so when they're frozen you can just put them in your drink and they will refresh the liquid without the inconvenient of having too much melting ice!

You’re doing so awesome, and you’ve inspired me through the last 6 months I’ve been watching you!! As for your shoes, I’d see if you have a running store near you! I went to one in January, and they did a free evaluation of my feet, had me walk and jog on a treadmill, and gave some recs based of info they gathered! I was able to try shoes on in the store, and then I ordered what I loved most online for cheaper than in store prices! Good luck ☺️

Highly recommend a hyper chiller for cooling coffee quickly! It’s $20 and you can cool coffee in a minute. I use mine everyday

Wow your skin has improved so much. I know in your previous video you experimented with using red light therapy for 30 days, and you saw improvements, but how do you know that it was actually the red light that helped versus your other regimen that you’ve been doing, like using the roller icing and/or your topical skin care products? I know red light therapy does work but just wanted to know how you were able to tell for sure that it was the red light therapy.
