Lessons from this video: - Human beings are capable to tolerate lot of discomfort. - To get ahead in life, one must become friends with discomfort. - One should everyday feel a little discomfort. - Discomfort does not mean medical pain or injury. - Examples of discomfort: Exercising, doing cardio, studying etc.. - Seeking discomfort is needed for improvement. - Before, human beings were habitual to hunger. But now, it has become rare in todays lifestyle. Body should feel hungry. A little hunger is good for the body. - Don't say - I have to do this thing. Say - Wow, I am getting to do this thing. Eg: Wow, I have these books, I can study them. I can learn these things. My brain has capability. Wow. - Brain knows which discomfort things are good. They are things which have benefits in future. - Make friends with 4-5 good discomfort things, daily meet with those discomforts and life will improve.

I can totally relat with "bhookh wali taklif". Pehle main hamesha khati rehti thi. Fir maine control karna shuru kiya, intermittent fasting ( continue 16 hours fasting every day) shuru ki. Bahut taklif sahi, "bhukh wali taklif". Maine 14 kg loose kar liya. Now I feel so much confident.
